Is the website working for others? My recent workout page just shows me a generic description of how motoactv works and says that I've haven't uploaded any data yet...
View 15 RepliesI have dropped my wireless network and readded it but the watch never gets anything downloaded to the website. Since June 16 it has not performed a successful sync and nothing in my environment has changed and the watch is around the house a lot. Be nice to get this fixed too.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have had my bookmarks syncing successfully since I found out that I could do it. Today, all of my bookmarks on my FE disappeared, and the browser refuses to sync to my Google account. I've logged into Chrome and all of my bookmarks are intact. Also, running stock 3.1 not rooted, no tomfoolery has been had with this device.

I went for a run yesterday, shows up on the device says it is synced and it is still not available on the website. This is very frustrating. I attempted wireless and wired sync and both say they have completed successfully. The weird thing is when you go to the music tab it actually uploaded correctly with songs/distance but the run doesnt exist.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm having an issue with my workouts not showing up on the website....after the sync, my workouts are erased from the device and don't show up anywhere. The device works great while I workout, but deletes the workouts when I plug the device in to sync.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWe are encouraged to give each workout a name in the planning section on the website, yet when you look at them afterwards in the workouts section, they are only shown by date. It would be much more helpful to be able to see the list with the names on. Are there any plans for this?

Motocast tells me I've synced ok.On the latest workout page the following message is displayed along with Key Features A, B and C.The wellness activity tracker shows activity for every workout.No workout data?Once you've got some workouts recorded by MOTOACTV, you can evaluate them here with pinpoint precision.
View 12 Replies View RelatedCould anyone tell me if they are getting the same.I have lost all my history on the portal apart from my first upload - yet I have 6 workouts on my motoactv !I try reconnect the device via my WiFi network then by plugging in the USB cable and selecting sync on the device each time, but it does not see any new (which are old) workouts. Back the the trusted device until then!

Please try again later or contact customer support" The last time it was able to update was on Friday June 1st.I've been trying for the last 3 days and keep getting the same error.

I added it to display on the watch during the run, but once uploaded to the site there doesn't seem to be a way to display that data.
Maybe this is me but I can't see any workouts planned when I click on a date where a workout is planned on the ribbon summary on the homepage it says no workouts planned yet they are in the calendar. also how do you get a summary of your weekly mileage as its a staple bit of data for distance runners?
View 6 Replies View RelatedMy weight training workouts are not showing up in most areas of the motoactv site. I can see them if I click on the dates I did them on the calendar at the top of the page, but nowhere else. In overall tracking or the "Last Workout" section of the main page, they never appear. Also, on the Calendar at the top it will show 2 weight training workouts on saturday, even though they were a week apart. The other type of new workout from the latest update that I've used, aerobics, does show up normally. I've attached an image to help make this more clear.
View 13 Replies View RelatedI'm a new Motoactv owner. Today is the first time I tried to sync my workouts and view them online. It takes a very long time to complete the sync (5-10 minutes). The first time it supposedly synced, my workouts were not uploaded to the site. When I log onto the website, that is also incredibly slow. Every link I click takes extraordinarilly long. When I try to view my work out, I get an error ("Internal Error has occurred..."), and it tells me to log out and log back in. But that doesn't result in anything different.
View 5 Replies View RelatedOK, So tell me if this happening for you too. I went in and planned a workout. I put it for Tuesday and Thursdays. I saved it, and it went into the calendar. I then went back in, because I wanted to add a route to the workout. I went in, and then added tou route, and saved it again. For some reason now, my workouts were on Monday and Wednesday on the calendar. So I went back in to check off the correct days, and noticed that the checks were no on Sunday and Tuesday. So I set it back to tuesday and thursday. Just for kicks, I went back in to edit, and sure enough, Monday and Wed were checked now instead of Tuesday and Thursday.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have a BB Tour with Bell Canada, and recently, our company recently updated our BES server.Ever since the switch, I no longer can sync my BIS server emails.So on my BB, I have my company's BES email(lotus notes), and that syncs up fine...if I delete an email from my BB, it'll delete on my desktop, and vice versa.But for my BIS emails(hotmail), when I delete from my BB, it will not delete the email from my hotmail account...or when I delete from my hotmail account, it'll not delete on my BB.
View 4 Replies View RelatedEvery evening I turn off my iPhone 4 to let it charge. In the morning when I turn it on I always heard the notification chimes of incoming texts, voicemails, and emails. Now I just get incoming texts and voicemail. I don't receive incoming emails from Hotmail until I go into my mailbox. It asks me if I want to connect to a wifi signal. I say cancel. It searches and then it brings up my new emails.

I finished my first indoor run today and the run data on the motoactv device and treadmill don't match. I completed my workout and came home and synced my data. Is there a way to update the run data on the website to match the treadmill data or does the update have to happen on the device prior to syncing?

View 2 Replies View Relatedjust got my motoactv a couple weeks ago and wear it daily and use it in the gym while working out. I actually like the headphones but now im having a problem with the headset not changing tracks while pressing the button. Do i have to initiate a return for the whole motoactv or what? I want to be able to use the headphones as designed, its one of the most useful features.
View 2 Replies View RelatedReceived a new 16GB Motoactv this evening. Completed set up of MotoCast on my MAC. Unit was working fine, GPS / Radio etc.
Then checked for software update, it found 4.56.76, downloaded the sw and started to update. After about 30mins the MAC had a box saying updating, do not disconnect and the screen of the unit seems to be cycling. Initially I'd see the red batwings then an image of the unit and the progress bar underneath. The yellow moves about 1/3 along the bar then stops, after a minute or so the unit seems to power cycle > batwings > and so on....
After about 45 mins I disconnected the unit from the USB/MAC, tried a start + pwr reset but I still only get to this cycling mode (batwings > image + progress bar). Unit was charged for about an hour before I started the initial set up.
Some web sites default me to the mobile version instead of the full version. Some have a link to select the full web site but many do not. Typing in the full web address does not help with these web sites. If there is some way to override this selection of the mobile version

I press 'Update Now'. A dialog appears Download 0% - then another dialog pops up "The update could not be downloaded. Prease try again. If the problem persisits, please visit our support site. Your device has not been updated."
I have been trying for 2 days with the same result as above. I tried unplugging device, using a different USB port, etc. nothing seems to work.
I plugged in the Moto and discovered that there was a device update. In light of problems I was having (described in a separate thread) I did not have time to let it run. Decided to do so in the evening, but was unprepared for the rigamarole I encountered. The device would not update until I updated Motocast, which took FOREVER. And after all of that, the Motoactv won't even update. The device manager box tells me that my Motoactv is running the most current software version and that that version is N/A. 0 for 2; my device is not running the current version and the version it is running is 1.7.2 N8, not N/A. That is not the version number I saw this morning when Motocast informed me that there was an update available.
