I am not able to sync the MotoActv App on my Droid Razr with the Motorola Website. It says "An error occurred on your device while performing synchronization. Please try again later or contact customer support" The last time it was able to update was on Friday June 1st.I've been trying for the last 3 days and keep getting the same error.
View 3 RepliesI'm a new Motoactv owner. Today is the first time I tried to sync my workouts and view them online. It takes a very long time to complete the sync (5-10 minutes). The first time it supposedly synced, my workouts were not uploaded to the site. When I log onto the website, that is also incredibly slow. Every link I click takes extraordinarilly long. When I try to view my work out, I get an error ("Internal Error has occurred..."), and it tells me to log out and log back in. But that doesn't result in anything different.

View 12 Replies View RelatedThe Verizon Sales assistant assured me that I'd be able to Sync my Outlook with my Droid Razr as easily as I synced it with my old Blackberry Tour. Now, after several days' worth of set-up, google searches, forum searches and FAQ's, I'm come to the conclusion that Motorola did NOT build this function into the Droid Razr, and I have to pay a hefty fee for a decent 3rd-party app to do what my Blackberry did for free. Have I missed something?

I went for a run yesterday, shows up on the device says it is synced and it is still not available on the website. This is very frustrating. I attempted wireless and wired sync and both say they have completed successfully. The weird thing is when you go to the music tab it actually uploaded correctly with songs/distance but the run doesnt exist.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI'm having an issue with my workouts not showing up on the website....after the sync, my workouts are erased from the device and don't show up anywhere. The device works great while I workout, but deletes the workouts when I plug the device in to sync.
View 2 Replies View RelatedWe are encouraged to give each workout a name in the planning section on the website, yet when you look at them afterwards in the workouts section, they are only shown by date. It would be much more helpful to be able to see the list with the names on. Are there any plans for this?

Motocast tells me I've synced ok.On the latest workout page the following message is displayed along with Key Features A, B and C.The wellness activity tracker shows activity for every workout.No workout data?Once you've got some workouts recorded by MOTOACTV, you can evaluate them here with pinpoint precision.
View 12 Replies View RelatedCould anyone tell me if they are getting the same.I have lost all my history on the portal apart from my first upload - yet I have 6 workouts on my motoactv !I try reconnect the device via my WiFi network then by plugging in the USB cable and selecting sync on the device each time, but it does not see any new (which are old) workouts. Back the the trusted device until then!

Since June 16 it has not performed a successful sync and nothing in my environment has changed and the watch is around the house a lot. Be nice to get this fixed too.

I added it to display on the watch during the run, but once uploaded to the site there doesn't seem to be a way to display that data.
Maybe this is me but I can't see any workouts planned when I click on a date where a workout is planned on the ribbon summary on the homepage it says no workouts planned yet they are in the calendar. also how do you get a summary of your weekly mileage as its a staple bit of data for distance runners?
View 6 Replies View RelatedMy weight training workouts are not showing up in most areas of the motoactv site. I can see them if I click on the dates I did them on the calendar at the top of the page, but nowhere else. In overall tracking or the "Last Workout" section of the main page, they never appear. Also, on the Calendar at the top it will show 2 weight training workouts on saturday, even though they were a week apart. The other type of new workout from the latest update that I've used, aerobics, does show up normally. I've attached an image to help make this more clear.

View 4 Replies View RelatedOK, So tell me if this happening for you too. I went in and planned a workout. I put it for Tuesday and Thursdays. I saved it, and it went into the calendar. I then went back in, because I wanted to add a route to the workout. I went in, and then added tou route, and saved it again. For some reason now, my workouts were on Monday and Wednesday on the calendar. So I went back in to check off the correct days, and noticed that the checks were no on Sunday and Tuesday. So I set it back to tuesday and thursday. Just for kicks, I went back in to edit, and sure enough, Monday and Wed were checked now instead of Tuesday and Thursday.

View 2 Replies View Relatedi cant seem to sync my fb contacts.i entered my fb email/pass into the accounts appit said it was ok, but no contacts show up in my contacts nor do any show up in my gallery app. i tried re-entering the info, removing the acct, adding it again, rebooting my phone etc. now, it looks like there is a tiny bit of progress.. i can see "me" but that's it. in the contacts app, if i only select to display fb contacts, it just shows me and not body else. in the gallery app, if i hit menu and then hit "friends" again, it only shows me. why is this not pulling in any contacts/friends?
View 2 Replies View RelatedTapping my way through "Go to all settings" > "Accounts" > "Google". I see my gmail account shown, and under that it says "Sync is OFF". Before the update to Jellybean I could find where to turn this on and off. Further tapping on my account name I get to a screen titled "Sync" at the top-left. The options icon gives me "Sync now" and "Remove account" options. The screen is filled with a list of Google things I can sync. Tapping any of those syncs that Google thing. But, none of them are configurable.

Tried rebooting phone and deleting and adding back account. In the settings did the verify account and it says sucessful. Works for email if I use the "Email Accounts" option and not "Corporate Sync" option but I need my contacts and calander also to work.

I used an OG Droid before the Razr and never had this issue- they are deleted on the Droid when the account syncs.

View 6 Replies View RelatedFor some reason, I'm currently unable to sync my facebook events to my phone calendar. In the Settings>Accounts, my facebook account is listed. When i tap on my account and enter my username/password, I'm brought back to the list of accounts, and I can't sync either my contacts or my calendar with my phone.
I used to be able to do this on my Galaxy S and could do it for a minute on the Razr. Does anyone know what happened, and if I can re-establish the sync? I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling facebook, but it didn't do anything.
