I have dropped my wireless network and readded it but the watch never gets anything downloaded to the website. Since June 16 it has not performed a successful sync and nothing in my environment has changed and the watch is around the house a lot. Be nice to get this fixed too.

View 15 Replies View RelatedI created a biking workout that had 3 stages. Stages 1 and 3 in zone 1 and stage 2 in zone 2. When I used it, the Heart rate zones that were displayed on the watch had nothing to do with my HR zones that I had entered in the website. HR zone for stage 1 was 170-190! HR zone for stage 2 was 115-126. Neither of these correspond to my zones
View 10 Replies View RelatedMonday afternoon - ACTV fully charged, left on, BT connected to my ATRIX.
Tuesday morning - ACTV down 10%, went for 4 hour 30 minute outdoor cycle with music, speed/cadence, and HRM (GPS too). Left on when workout was finished
Wednesday morning - Battery at 20%, went for 1 hour outdoor cycle, same features used as Tuesday morning. When I pulled into the house, the 10% battery warning appeared on the screen.
So, I got about 33.5 hours of standby with BT active plus almost 6 hours of workouts on a single charge (never even connected it to my computer).
I see that people say they use the MA as a watch. Perhaps it's a problem with my unit, but if I wear the MA as a watch, no Bluetooth, no music etc. I have it timed out at 15 secs (makes a boring watch) and the brightness guite low... it never lasts the whole day before I have to recharge it. Seems a bit pointless having a "watch" that runs out of power before the day is through.If you use the MA simply as a watch (ignoring the silly steps counter which can't be turned off!) how long do you get?

I went for a run yesterday, shows up on the device says it is synced and it is still not available on the website. This is very frustrating. I attempted wireless and wired sync and both say they have completed successfully. The weird thing is when you go to the music tab it actually uploaded correctly with songs/distance but the run doesnt exist.
View 15 Replies View RelatedI'm also having a problem with this device. I don't know if it's a battery problem or not and I think it started happening after the latest firmware update. I haven't been able to run to give it a try but just using it as an every day watch, it shuts off at random times and the only way to get it back up is to connect it to a power source. When I restart the device, it shows the battery at what ever level it was at before it shut down. I also notice that the date and time have been resetted.

It would be much more helpful to be able to see the list with the names on. Are there any plans for this?

Motocast tells me I've synced ok.On the latest workout page the following message is displayed along with Key Features A, B and C.The wellness activity tracker shows activity for every workout.No workout data?Once you've got some workouts recorded by MOTOACTV, you can evaluate them here with pinpoint precision.
View 12 Replies View RelatedCould anyone tell me if they are getting the same.I have lost all my history on the portal apart from my first upload - yet I have 6 workouts on my motoactv !I try reconnect the device via my WiFi network then by plugging in the USB cable and selecting sync on the device each time, but it does not see any new (which are old) workouts. Back the the trusted device until then!
View 3 Replies View RelatedWhile trying to remove the Motoactv from the wrist strap the screen went to some sort of boot screen listing the version and something about plug in with usb cable. I am always careful not to push on the buttons when removing the unit from any of the mounts. It would not respond to anything I did. I even tried plugging it into the computer via usb. Nothing! Finally I just held down all the buttons until it turned off. When I powered it back up everything seemed to work correctly.How did this short happen and how do I get my watch out of the wrist strap?

I added it to display on the watch during the run, but once uploaded to the site there doesn't seem to be a way to display that data.
Maybe this is me but I can't see any workouts planned when I click on a date where a workout is planned on the ribbon summary on the homepage it says no workouts planned yet they are in the calendar. also how do you get a summary of your weekly mileage as its a staple bit of data for distance runners?
View 6 Replies View RelatedIt would be nice to be able to lock any screen, not just the workout screens. For example, I like to wear the Motoactv as a watch. You can have the it dim the screen, but not go off, if you tell it not to timeout the screen in workout, and then do a walking workout. However, when I touch the watch by mistake, it goes to my timepiece setup screen. Locking it at any screen would solve this. Also, having a dim mode to save the battery for watch use would be nice.

View 1 Replies View RelatedHow do I get all my planned routes (set up on MOTACTV.COM) to appear in the "Planned"menu on the watch.I've set up a number of running routes via MOTOACTV.com under the >Planning>Routing menu.I then set up a training plan - ie to run one of the routes today.I then sync'd the watch & expected that they'd all appear when I selected WORKOUT>RUNNING>PLANNED, but only teh one (ie the one in the training plan) appears.Is it possible to have all planned routes on the watch, so I can at the start of my run pick the one I want to do? or does this all have to be done via the website?
View 1 Replies View RelatedMy weight training workouts are not showing up in most areas of the motoactv site. I can see them if I click on the dates I did them on the calendar at the top of the page, but nowhere else. In overall tracking or the "Last Workout" section of the main page, they never appear. Also, on the Calendar at the top it will show 2 weight training workouts on saturday, even though they were a week apart. The other type of new workout from the latest update that I've used, aerobics, does show up normally. I've attached an image to help make this more clear.
View 13 Replies View RelatedI'm a new Motoactv owner. Today is the first time I tried to sync my workouts and view them online. It takes a very long time to complete the sync (5-10 minutes). The first time it supposedly synced, my workouts were not uploaded to the site. When I log onto the website, that is also incredibly slow. Every link I click takes extraordinarilly long. When I try to view my work out, I get an error ("Internal Error has occurred..."), and it tells me to log out and log back in. But that doesn't result in anything different.

But, When I place the motoactv in my Watch or clip the back button will not work, as soon as I remove it from the watch or clip the back button works..
View 6 Replies View RelatedOK, So tell me if this happening for you too. I went in and planned a workout. I put it for Tuesday and Thursdays. I saved it, and it went into the calendar. I then went back in, because I wanted to add a route to the workout. I went in, and then added tou route, and saved it again. For some reason now, my workouts were on Monday and Wednesday on the calendar. So I went back in to check off the correct days, and noticed that the checks were no on Sunday and Tuesday. So I set it back to tuesday and thursday. Just for kicks, I went back in to edit, and sure enough, Monday and Wed were checked now instead of Tuesday and Thursday.

Today, all of my bookmarks on my FE disappeared, and the browser refuses to sync to my Google account. I've logged into Chrome and all of my bookmarks are intact. Also, running stock 3.1 not rooted, no tomfoolery has been had with this device.
