I cant login to motoactv. It says invalid account credentials. I try to reset password but it gives me unknown error message in popup box. My account is: [URL]I just bought device yesterday and have never been able to login.

I don't know what is going on but since yesterday, every time that I try to login to Motoactv, I receive this message:

As title, thought the forums were down, tried resetting password but no joy. Eventually tried in IE9 and it worked. I see there is some redirection after login. In Chrome it appears to accept the password but just redirects you back to the login page. I was able to login in Chrome straight after the forums migration so not sure what's happened.

View 14 Replies View RelatedI've owned the MotoActv for two month, I got the mysterious "moisture issues" that everyone seems to be getting even though I've never used it in the rain. But the thing that is driving me nuts is the music. When I hit random shuffle of all my songs, I hear songs I don't want to hear... song that I do not own on my computer. Where are these songs coming from? Today I heard "Boot Scoot Boogie!" I abhore country music as does my wife. Doing a computer wide search shows no evidence that the song exists on my computer. Yet there it is playing in mile four. Other mystery songs have showed up too. The performance music playlist seems to be filled with songs I never heard of, yet evidently I perform well to them.

My printer (a Canon wireless printer) is not a compatible printer with the service so I downloaded the host software on my PC to be able to print with it. I try to set up the print with my phone, it finds my PC, and then it proceeds to ask me for a username and password, saying that this is most likely what I use to login to windows. I dont use a username and password to log in to windows. I dont know what it wants from me; I tried leaving the username and password blank and it says login invalid. I was hoping someone could help me with what username and password it wants because I dont know what to put in there to connect to the PC. It has the right PC name (MY NAME-PC) but I cant get "logged in".

I can access contect from the apps fine (like facebook) BUT If I try to access facebook or another website that needs login and password entered, the phone browser kicks it back saying that the login and password was invalid. (both share same login name & password.)Many times clicking on the link in email (mostly long ones) I go to an error page and end up digging up the post myself.Many times when I post a comment, the wait time between clicking to submit the post and the time it posts and releases the page is quite long.I use either stock browser or Chrome 3g or wifi all combos have the issues.I am wondering where I can find high usage times on the forum [ EST ] to see if some of this is due to my being on during high usage times.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have tried multiple times to log in to my online banking site, but even though i am using the mobile banking format and I'm in landscape mode, I am unable to visualize the entire box which contains the random code and therefore it cannot log in. I can do so on my husbands HTC evo so is this a limitation of the display/screen size of the Motorola xprt? if so, this is not good. Something similar even on this site on the phone - the username and password fields are ok but there is a partial blockage/overlap for the log in button.so pressing this is tricky. Not sure which other sites may have similar issues.
View 4 Replies View RelatedI wanted to do away from the security features (fingerprint swipe and PIN number) but I had to delete the Corporate Sync account before I could set the security to none. Then I went back to reinstall the Corporate Sync account but can't get the Exchange Serve to recognize my account info. Yes, I checked spelling and tried to reinstall dozens of times just to get "Error Logging to the account failed, please try again." I've checked and rechecked the data and I'm positive I've re-entered the account info correctly. And BTW - I'm not interested in purchasing Touchdown since I know my Atrix is capable of accessing my corporate exchange account.

Perhaps it's a problem with my unit, but if I wear the MA as a watch, no Bluetooth, no music etc. I have it timed out at 15 secs (makes a boring watch) and the brightness guite low... it never lasts the whole day before I have to recharge it. Seems a bit pointless having a "watch" that runs out of power before the day is through.If you use the MA simply as a watch (ignoring the silly steps counter which can't be turned off!) how long do you get?

View 11 Replies View RelatedThe unit worked normally for my workout yesterday. This morning I tried to turn it on for my workout, and nothing happens. I plugged it into the computer to see if I had inadvertently killed the battery. The white charging light comes on, but the display doesn't show the battery percentage graphic, and nothing happens when I push the power button. The Motorola charger is at home, so I can't try that until after work.
