View 2 Replies View RelatedIs there a way to mass selectively delete pictures from within the Bionic? I have a lot of pictures transfered over and I'd like to selectively delete them but I can only figure out how to do it one at a time from within the Bionic. I guess I could hook it up to the computer and selectively delete that way, but when away from the computer, is there another way?
View 4 Replies View RelatedDoes anyone know if there is a way to delete email from my server when I delete it from my Droid 3? I had a Blackberry Tour before and there was a setting that allowed me to delete it from the server at the same time that I deleted it from the phone. It saved a lot of time.I can't seem to find a setting on the Droid 3 that will do that
View 6 Replies View RelatedI recently upgraded from the D1 to the D4 and have my Hotmail account set up via Corporate Sync. Incoming messages sync correctly but messages I delete on the phone do not delete from the server. On the D1 the two-way sync worked correctly for emails deleted on the phone but I can't seem to get it to work on the D4.My settings for the corporate sync account are:Username: full @hotmail email addressPassword: passwordServer: m.hotmail.comUse secure connection: yesProxy: blankAnyone else having this problem? Is there a fix?
View 1 Replies View RelatedSo I've had this phone for about 5,6 months with different problems over the course of my time with the phone. Was wondering if anyone has had the same problems and if there are any solutions. So first, sometimes my phone will randomly delete contacts from my phone and place them in the "hidden" folder. I haven't hidden them, but I've gotten text from people and be unsure who it is,but then find out it is someone that I know and who has been in my phone. Also, since my contacts are synced with facebook,it will randomly delete the FB picture to my contact so instead of it showing their default picture on facebook in my contacts, it just shows the blank face. In the past it has deleted the picture and will eventually come back after a coule of days or weeks but currently it has deleted multiple of my contacts pictures and has yet to come back. I dont know if I am accidentally hitting something or if there is a way to prevent this but it is aggravating. Also, sometimes if I go to send a text message, say for instance to Sally Sue,I'll click Sally Sue, send the text but then in my messaging folder it does not show the name "Sally Sue" nor does it show their picture, but just the phone number alone as if I texted someone who was not inputed in my contact list.It eventually goes back to showing the name but it still annoying nonetheless. The last issue is with the gps sattelite that will not shut off and for whatever reason prevents me to use facebook on my phone.I've read that this has been an issue with others in the past and tried some of the suggestions people offered.I have uninstalled FB, reinstalled in, callibrated my phone, taken out the battery, turn on/off, etc and nothing works.Under settings in the securty tab, it is always checked next to GPS Satellites on. I will uncheck it, but it never stays that way, it will always go back to being checked and I can never use my FB app as it will open for like 2 seconds then cut out.

View 3 Replies View RelatedI had an app on my droid that allowed me to password protect my pictures and also had one that allowed me to assign a folder to them that was not easy to acess. I had to do a reset on my phone and now I can't get to those pictures. They are still on the sd card because I can get to them if i plug into my computer. I have written the developers of the apps but have not gotten any response.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI just bought my first Mac. Can some tell me how to upload pictures from my D2 to my Mac? When I connected it to the computer, I attached it as a USB Mass Storage. When I opened Iphotos, it showed a "no name" device, but it didn't show any content.
View 2 Replies View RelatedAfter upgrading to Gingerbread I have a bookmark that I cannot delete. It is not on of the Verizon bookmarks etc etc, it is one of a site I visited. It is the following...
[URL]
The bookmark has a little lock near the title... when I long press on the bookmark I do get the "delete" choice, which I of course choose. But the gookmark is still there.
Yesterday, I finally managed to disable the Verizon Wireless Backup Assistant because I only want my Droid to sync with my Gmail contacts. Can I delete all the contacts stored in my device and force it to sync with my Gmail contacts?
I've also noticed my device contacts list seems to be pulling all sorts of information from all sorts of places (I'm listed in my contacts list with an old street address, for instance). Is there a way I can tell where the device is pulling contact info from?
I need to delete all of my contacts. Is there an easy way to do them all at once?
View 3 Replies View RelatedI am having problems syncing my contacts and I now have two and three of the same entry. I would like to clean them out and begin again but don't want to do them individually.

View 3 Replies View RelatedSeems like the stock camera app takes forever to load and is generally sluggish in performance. I'm assuming this is a software issue, so my question is, is there a better app out there that takes as good or better pictures and is quicker to open and navigate around the various options?
View 4 Replies View RelatedI had a friend take about 80 pictures today while we were surveying, and only the first three came out. The rest are files but show 0 kb size and display as a picture icon. I only watched a couple of the pictures while they being taken, but everything seemed to be working fine. Picture showed up after being taken.
View 2 Replies View RelatedI just recently tried to transfer pictures I took with my driod 4 to a PC. I mounted the phone as USB storage. I can see the files, but regardless of if I copy the files to local drive, or open directly I get an error saying that the file is corrupt. Same when trying media sync instead of usb storage.
This actually happens for any type of file. I can open files that were copied from the PC to the phone, but not files that started on the phone. The files open fine on the phone and open if I email the files to myself.
I have received several MMS Picture messages and the picture will not display. The cloud where the picture and message are displayed is blank. I see a message "Loading" then it goes away and the cloud is left blank
View 6 Replies View RelatedI can't find some pictures or a video that I took on my DROID3. I'm not sure if I had them stored on the SD card or internal storage. There is one picture contained in the internal memeory that I took when I first got the phone and before I put the SD card in it. The SD card is from my old Blackberry. It takes and stores new pictures just fine. The pictures and video are from about 2 weeks ago. I did find a thumbnail that looks like it might be from the video and I set one of the pictures aas my wallpaper. It displays fine as a wallpaper but for some reason it can't find that actual picture.
View 3 Replies View RelatedWhen copying pictures to my PC I see the thumbnails are still there for pictures that had been deleted. Can they be deleted on the phone alone or must that be done thru the computer ?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI am trying to transfer pictures from my DroidX to my laptop. When I plug the Droid in to the computer, nothing happens. I went in to My Computer and I don't see the device listed.

Sometimes it would take some time for them to all load and be viewable, that is until I installed an app simply called "Rescan SD.You press the app and it instantly updates the contents of your SD card. Now my pictures load up automatically with no problem at all.
View 15 Replies View RelatedOn my Droid X, I was able to add pictures along with Widgets and shortcuts to my home screens. I just got the Droid 4 and am unable to figure out how to do this. I Get to the "Add to home" screen, click widgets, and selected My Gallery. But I do not want to add a social media account, I just want to add a couple pictures of my dog and husband.
