View 1 Replies View RelatedAny app I try to download wont download. It just has a continuous downloading status but never actually downloads. Has anyone seen this problem before? I spoke to a sprint rep and she did a refresh but the same problem still persists. I even restarted the phone but still have the same issue. My internet and everything else works. The rep told me I can do a factory reset to see if that will fix the problem. I will take it to a sprint store but wanted to see if anyone else had this problem and fixed it without doing a hard reset.

View 3 Replies View RelatedMy Bravo will not play any notification sounds. This happened after I downloaded the app Zedge for my phone. I selected and downloaded a notification sound from them, (I've used this app a ton!) and set it on my phone. It worked but I got sick of it and tried to change it. It still played the original tone. So I deleted it from my phone, selected a diff tone, and now it won't play any notification sound at all when I get a text. I figured it out. I went into my text messages. Then hit the menu button, and settings... from there I chose a notification tone and then it worked.

My phone dont want update nor download any applications from Android market but I can access my web browsers(internet working perfectly). When trying to download it gives the following error massage "Download was unsuccessful, please try again" I have check the internet settings and even requested my network providers to send me thier setting but didnt succeed, and my software is even updated.

View 12 Replies View RelatedI wasnt able to start the market app for 5 days on the phone because the account that was tied to my Milestone was deleted from my Google Apps domain. You have to wait 5 days to reinstate an account with the same name.
So... 5 days later, I can bring up the market app, and search, but when I try to download I get a generic "Download of xxxxxxxx was unsuccessful, try again later". Anyone else having issues? Anyone have any ideas? From what I can tell everything else seems to be ok. I can get mail from my domain account and my gmail account as well as my exchange account.
I get this error with wifi on, wifi off, free apps, paid apps..... I have been able to download them before. If I look in the markets at "downloads", the only thing it shows I have downloaded in Google Maps, but I have download about 8 other apps.
I recently purchased a used Bravo phone. It's an AT&T version that is unlocked and has been updated to FROYO. Although Motorola says there's no way to do it, I have read that it is possible to uninstall pre-loaded apps. I would really like to get rid of all the AT&T crapware!

Until then everything was fine.Now when I plug my Bravo into a USB port, I hear a chime, but no window opens.When I go to My Computer, the phone is shown as Removeable Disk (X:).When I double click on it, a small window opens with this message: "Insert Disk.Please insert a disk into drive X:." Under properties, it appears as Motorola MB520 USB Device, a disk drive.After plenty of research, I have tried changing the assigned letter of the drive twice.Every other USB device I own works just fine on my PC. The only way I can access the phone on my PC is to turn off the pc, connect the phone, power on the pc, and then the phone appears as a phone. When I connect the phone to another pc, the phone appears as it should.Some research shows this problem may be related to Acronis on my pc, but another pc with Acronis on it can recognize my phone. Could this be the result of disconnecting the phone without "preparing" the disconnect?

I have tried two refurb phones from ATT and a new battery, and it still does it. I even got a new SD card, thinking that maybe it was a memory issue. when i get an update notice, and go in from that icon, it shows me "google maps", "kindle", and "Internet".
i uninstalled the market and it was fine. (it ended up re-updating itself at some point later.) it happened again. i went into manage apps and cleared the data, and it was fine.
I am having this weird issue where most of the Android Market Apps show up as incompatible with my Defy without MotoBlur. Is this because of the absence of MotoBlur and is there some way to fix this? I'm attaching a couple of screenshots of how it appears on the Android Market webpage.
