How do i save my apps to the SD card now that i have 2.2 (or is it done automatically).
how do i change the text and font on the lock screen - i had it different before the upgrade but now cant figure out how to do it again.
I recently purchased a used Bravo phone. It's an AT&T version that is unlocked and has been updated to FROYO. Although Motorola says there's no way to do it, I have read that it is possible to uninstall pre-loaded apps. I would really like to get rid of all the AT&T crapware!

Until then everything was fine.Now when I plug my Bravo into a USB port, I hear a chime, but no window opens.When I go to My Computer, the phone is shown as Removeable Disk (X:).When I double click on it, a small window opens with this message: "Insert Disk.Please insert a disk into drive X:." Under properties, it appears as Motorola MB520 USB Device, a disk drive.After plenty of research, I have tried changing the assigned letter of the drive twice.Every other USB device I own works just fine on my PC. The only way I can access the phone on my PC is to turn off the pc, connect the phone, power on the pc, and then the phone appears as a phone. When I connect the phone to another pc, the phone appears as it should.Some research shows this problem may be related to Acronis on my pc, but another pc with Acronis on it can recognize my phone. Could this be the result of disconnecting the phone without "preparing" the disconnect?

View 2 Replies View RelatedAfter updating to 5.1.1 I noticed that the font color of the messages that I've sent before the update (5.0.2) and after the update (5.1.1) are different and it annoys me. The old messages are darker in color and the new ones are light grey in color.
What's really bad is that the grey color gives an impression of the message still pending to be sent.
I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 and I changed the font in the system settings. When I first opened the Facebook app it showed the correct font I chose but then once I closed out and went in a second time the font is the normal font. Everything else on my phone shows the "Rosemary" font except Facebook. I called Samsung and they told me it had to be an issue with Facebook but yet 5 of my friends that have an S5 don't have any problems!

I have tried two refurb phones from ATT and a new battery, and it still does it. I even got a new SD card, thinking that maybe it was a memory issue. Ok it wasn't density that messed up the market! The developer for Track It Deluxe has been on it all day. He said they changed the copy protection and it made the app incompatible. Now we know what to tell the app makers to look at.

When my phone is locked and I slide open the keyboard it has the cool original clock display my phone came with. It also shows the good font when I get to the "draw pattern to unlock" screen. The more square text seems correct for the Droid 2 while the boring round font on the opening screen seems to be a software goof/oversight.

View 12 Replies View RelatedI had a sandisk SD card. Moved picture folders from device to SD card and LOST a ton of them. Read online I needed an official Samsung SD card so I bought one. Put it in yesterday and transferred pics over - so far so good.
Moved apps over to SD card using recommendations I read online, by going into device manager and now the apps are greyed out. They eventually work when you click them but their main icon isn't showing. Widgets I once had on home screens are also gone for those apps moved to SD card.

I've just installed the app 2 SD which moves your moveable apps to SD card. When I moved them to SD, went back to external SD and they don't appear to be there?
I've moved them manually by manage applications? Move to SD and I still can't see them?
Also I've created a folder on my SD card called "Camera" for my pics and videos. Set storage for camera to be on memory card. When I take a pic it saves pics and vids under DCIM in the external SD card. Is there no way to save pictures OTHER THAN DCIM? Even rename it won't work?
whee the moved apps gets stored in sd card. since i browse my sd card using pc & using "file expert" app . i moved some of my apps from phn to sd card . i cnt see the moved apps on sd card.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI've discovered a really annoying bug with the text messaging app where I'll find that it will have scrolled all the way up to the top of the thread at times which is really annoying.
I have been trying to recreate the problem and the last time it was doing it was when I came out of being locked straight to an SMS thread and it will be at the top. I could scroll all the way back down and if I angle the phone so that it switches to landscape, then back to portrait it will then go back up to the top of the thread.
Has anyone else ran into the annoying problem of ending up at the top of an SMS thread when you didn't want to?
after update on my bravo i had a lot of issues, so i did a factory reset and seems to run fairly well now. My android system is running at 100% and im not quite sure what to do?
