Motorola 4G :: Many Market Apps Are Showing As Not Compatible With Atrix
Oct 6, 2011When I go to the market (either on pc or directly from my atrix), many apps are being listed as not compatible. For example, the new revision to Facebook, Skype, etc. It's not all apps, but many. I am able to go over to Amazon and install the same apps and versions, but I can't do it from the Market. I get the following message on the left hand side of the window.

Nov 6, 2011I can't dl apps from the market. I did power off the phone and reset on it. I tried to use WiFi and I can dl apps using WiFi.I called Verizon my internet is working, the browser is working but when I use my Data connetion I can go to the Market dl an apps a green arrow showed up and followed by a triangle with an exclaimation point. It say's that I need to connect to my WiFi to dl apps.

when i get an update notice, and go in from that icon, it shows me "google maps", "kindle", and "Internet".
i uninstalled the market and it was fine. (it ended up re-updating itself at some point later.) it happened again. i went into manage apps and cleared the data, and it was fine.

Nov 27, 2011How to I delete apps that i have downloaded and uninstalled in the past. I had a update notification for some of the Razr apps and i see old apps that i have uninstalled when i had my Samsung Vibrant. Do they stay there indefinitely even though there uninstalled and not running?
I have like 15 updates already. Is there a way to delete Netflix? I'm guessing only the Downloaded apps that are in "Applications" can be deleted right?
Motorola Droid X :: Android Market Only Showing 7 Installed Apps Out Of Dozens
May 2, 2011I just opened the Market to see whether any apps of mine needed updating and "My apps" shows that I have only 7 apps installed--and that doesn't include Gmail, Google Voice, Google Search, etc. I realize that this may be unrelated to Motorola or the Droid X, but you never know. Just thought I'd ask to see if anyone else is noticing this. Perhaps Google is in the process of updating the Android Market?

The major problem I have is that China appears to block the installation of Android Market on phones and it is replaced with some crappy alternative which doesn't have many mainstream apps. So my question is, how can I install Android Market on my Atrix?Also - whilst I changed the language settings to English, many of the installed software is still in Chinese - for example maps, and Moto Navi gives instructions in Chinese too. Is it possible to change these too?Gmail etc is blocked too.

Jul 5, 2011After the reset, I find the Android Market with a different style and layout than before.It used to have an option for "My Apps" when I pressed the menu button. Then from there I could also go to a settings menu where I select various ratings of the apps which would display on the Market.

Sep 18, 2011all of a sudden yesterday out of the blue when I would enter the market my at&t data connection would just drop out. the phone would work but the web browser, market and data apps like facebook and weatherbug would not. the H+ icon at the top would go from grey with a blue H and blue arrows to a black H+ with black arrows and I will repeatedly get connection errors. I would also get a orange triangle notification with an exclamation mark in it that said the name of the app in the notification bar. I also noticed the signal bars would turn from blue to a white color. the app will never download as i have let the phone sit for over an hour and the download bar never moves. I have found that I can do 1 of 3 things to reset the connection, I can turn airplane mode on and then it will work again when I turn airplane mode back off, I can restart the phone and it wil work again, or i can go into my apps and force close tha market. the problem always returns when I try to download another app. I have contacted att and they went over everything they can think of but still no luck.

Aug 11, 2011Since the recent update to Market I lose my data connection every time I go to "My Apps" to check for updates. The H+, up/down arrows and signal bars on the notification bar change color from blue-green to black and the data connection is broken. Other apps say "no network connection." Cycling power corrects. Have not experienced this problem with WiFi (only one attempt to date).

Unfortunately, it gives many spurious alerts with little rhyme or reason. Has anyone had better luck with some other application? Dec 5, 2011Any app I try to download wont download. It just has a continuous downloading status but never actually downloads. Has anyone seen this problem before? I spoke to a sprint rep and she did a refresh but the same problem still persists. I even restarted the phone but still have the same issue. My internet and everything else works. The rep told me I can do a factory reset to see if that will fix the problem. I will take it to a sprint store but wanted to see if anyone else had this problem and fixed it without doing a hard reset.
