View 4 Replies View RelatedOn april 16 i bought a new xom wifi from staples. everything seems to work well but when i try to download tablet applications from the android market it gets stuck on "waiting to install" or shows download activity but never downloads. Also why is there no status bar on download?
View 7 Replies View RelatedJust want to know if anyone else is having this problem or is just on my Xoom. I can access Market but when I try to access My Apps I regularly get a FC. What it says is (process.com.android.vending) has stopped unexpectedly.
I have tried the Vol-Up-On start and cleared the Market cache with the same result. Would uninstalling an reinstalling Market be the next step.
Over the last few weeks I tried to download or upgrade apps but it always fails. I always get the message: "Download was unsuccessful please try again". When I go to the android market and look at the help front page there is a link called "Download Issues Troubleshooting page". The fix described in here does not work for my phone.
How do I make my phone work properly again.
Also, I am on Android 1.6 but I cannot upgrade to 2.2. The PC Companion says that I have an up to date phone.
For some reason good for engerprise and tapatalk have an update butnwhen i select it downloads goes to install then failssaying appname failed to install..

1] I can't install ANY apps from the market place, free or paid (they download SOMETIMES, then just hang with thart green status bar that slides to the left)

3] I can't install/update ANYTHING from the web version of the Market place
I am in London, UK using a password protected Work Wifi network
I am unable to download, view or save zip attachments. I cannot do it in gmail or the stock email app using a pop account. There is no view, preview, download, or save button. There is only an "info" button in both the gmail and stock email apps. When I select "Info" it says this file cannot be downloaded or saved.
I have tried several different file managers including ES, Astro, AndroZip and All Downloads but still get the same result. All other attachments work fine
I am unable to download a rented video. I'm being told that I cant because it thinks I am rooted. I am not and have never been rooted, and Didnt have this problem before the latest soak test.
View 2 Replies View RelatedAll of a sudden apps stopped being able to be downloaded or updated from the market place. They just stay on the 'starting download...' status which is rather irritating. View 5 Replies View RelatedI can't update or download any new apps from Market on my X10. I did search the other posts and tried the suggestion of going into settings/applications/manage applications and uninstall updates, but I still can't download anything plus I can't see Market on my list of applications when I go back into settings/applications/manage applications. The link for market on my apps page still seems to work.
View 4 Replies View RelatedUnable to install or update apps. While attempting to update, received the following msg: "Update for xxxxxx could not be downloaded due to error(921)". View 7 Replies View RelatedI am having trouble downloading from Android market on my Xperia X10 mini pro. I have updated the software from 1.6 to 2.1, I have tried signing out of google talk, removing the market updates and clearing the market cache and have now done a factory reset and I still can't download from the market. Any apps I have tried to download are showing on the market on my computer as being downloaded. My husband has the same phone running the same software and has no problems downloading from the market.
View 9 Replies View RelatedI recently cannot update my apps from Android market. It gives an error that says "Download was unsuccessful, please try again'. My software is updated, am I missing something here?
View 6 Replies View RelatedI rooted my phone a few days ago to remove all the useless apps that the phone comes with. I basically got ride of a code reader, some stupid games, and a bunch of "trial version" applications.I just noticed now that I can't download apps from the Android Market anymore, and this is probably what caused it. Everything else on my phone still works perfectly.
When I try to download an app from the Android Market, I select the app to be downloaded, press "Install", then press "OK" when it gives me the list of what the app has access to.Once I press "OK" a popup appears that says "Your Item Will be Downloaded". That's it. Nothing appears in the notification bar, and the download doesn't go at all.
I have a WiFi only Xoom, purchased and being used in the UK.I am unable to purchase and install Paid Apps at all, which is something I expected as an advertised feature. The symptoms I am experiencing include:No "Best Selling Apps" displayed in the Market App.Unable to find any Paid Apps at all through searching.o "Books" tab displayed.Attempting to buy via the web version of the Market I see the message "This item cannot be installed on your device."Most Free Apps install ok.A few common Apps that I can find via search (e.g. Flash, Blogger) claim they cannot be installed "in your devices Country".I cannot find the Kindle App at all even though Amazon have confirmed it is Free and available in the UK.
If I use a VPN to connect through our USA office, I see slightly different results:I can see "Best Selling Apps" and "Books". can search for Paid Apps.If I attempt to purchase a Paid App I receive the message "The item you were attempting to purchase could not be found."I am able to search for and install Flash and Kindle without a problem, although Blogger still complains about devices CountryI have attempted a number of recommended fixes, including:Clearing the Market cache and data;Reboot;Factory Reset. do not want to root my device at this point and so would rather avoid the use of such workarounds as Market Enabler. This is very disappointing and I'm not exactly happy about this situation, even though the rest of the tablet seems to be an excellent device.
i update my phone using pc companion, after that i wasn't able to download apps and games in market. the download is just loading and never finished.

View 9 Replies View RelatedI currently missing photo and music, not really missing them, If I open ES File Explorer and open .sdcard/DCIM/Camera all my photo are there. They just don't show up in Gallery. I can open them from ES File Explorer fine. Same with Music, I can open /sdcard/Music and all my music is there but when I open the Music App, it reports"You don't have any music in your library." I can open any song from the file explorer. Also I can no longer see any files in storage when I connect my Xoom via USB to my Win7 pc, the internal storage shows up but is empty.
