I've had the Motorola Atrix for a few days now and I've found out that when I compose an email or try to reply one using the default app it gets stuck in the Outbox folder.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have restored my blackberry 9900 bold backup last night and sincd then i am unable to use my yahoo account on bb, i can receive the emails but cant reply it .... when i try to reply a new window open but on blackberry menu there is no option of send.... and its only happening in Yahoo.... I can use my gmail account and Mail Xchange accounts but the problem is only with yahoo.
I have tried to reboot by pulling up a battery.... Have registered my blackberry device Have Deleted and Sent Service Book Have received the emails that your account has been activated and you will begin to receive emails in next 20mins. Infact i have deleted my Yahoo Account and tried to set up again but its still a same problem....
When i open my Yahoo account on the centre top of the screen its written Gmail, although its yahoo account...

The only time I can connect to Yahoo Mail (and download new messages or send messages) is when I am on ATT network and not on Wi-Fi.I have not changed anything in my Account settings -- I mean, the phone logs in just fine when "paying for data" using the ATT network, but cannot connect when on Wi-Fi.

One is a GMail account configured in the "GMail" App. The other is a Time Warner Road Runner account configured in the "EMail" App.The GMail account works fine. I can send and receive e-mail over 3G/4G and WiFi.However, the Road Runner account will not send e-mail when connected via 3G/4G. I can receive e-mailjust fine and I can send and receive just fine when connected via WiFi.When I try to send an e-mail over 3G/4G, I get a notification that says "Road Runner message not sent. Tap to view message."

When I compose a mail and try to send it it just stays in outbox. I have set the mailbox settings correctly. While my gmail account works fine to send mails. Mails are sent instantly. Is anyone else going thru this trouble? And I Cant set up the Ovi mail mailbox. It keeps telling me "unable to sign in"

It was displaying "cannot get mail" and couldn't connect to the server, even after I updated my password on the phone. It seemed like it was reverting to my old password, even after I successfully changed it.Â
I switched to trying to access Yahoo through Mail - Other and it worked. I can receive my e-mails, but now it is not letting me send outgoing mails. It says "doesn't accept relays".

My very small company uses Exchange Server 2003 to host our own email. On my laptop, I use Outlook. When I'm out of the office I connect my laptop to the internet and access my exchange mail via an IMAP account. With that connection, I can send mail using the SMTP server. I got my new Atrix 2 and set up that account using the advanced settings that were the closest to the settings I use for the IMAP account in my Outlook setup. I was immediately able to see my inbox and receive email. After one tweak (that I can't remember any more), I was able to sent mail. Then a few hours later, I couldn't. I've tried every possible combination of the Advanced Settings in the Account Setup screens on the phone. Nothing works. I tried a Master Reset and all that accomplished was flushing away the contact list that the salesperson had copied to my new Atrix from my old phone when I bought it. I thought that was backed up to Google and would be restored when I logged back in but apparently not. Any advice on how to get that back? But the main problem is sending mail.
View 9 Replies View RelatedAs soon as my phone had installed the latest update, i lost the ability to send or receive text messages. The only time I can send or receive is if i am on a phone call. As soon as the call is done, my text messaging is non-functional. I have no issues with calls/internet browsing/apps...just text messaging.
Furthermore, i do not know if this a phone issue or an AT&T issue.
This happened all of a sudden. Spoke to Yahoo support for over an hour. No fix. Receiving Yahoo emails on Iphone okay, and sending and receiving emails from other email accounts on iPhone okay. Sending and receiving from Yahoo on computer or Safari browser on iPhone okay. Only problem is sending from Yahoo application on iPhone. Get message mentioned in subject.

From 5 days now, I can't use yahoo messenger. I have a Bold 9000 and when I'm sending messenger to computer PC / MAC the person doesn't receive, on other telephones it does. I have friends with other models of blackberry and they have the same problem. Do you have a solution? I delete the application, I update... It's still working yahoo messenger on blackberry or not?

My BB worked fine not so long ago, but after coming back from support, this has started to happen. I deleted and recreated all my accounts, tried all sorts of things, but nothing works.
I have a new BOLD, i have set up the e-mail and it will only send not recieve. I have deleted the settings and re-configured. I have even backed up and then securty wiped and started agian.

As of yesterday 1am, the 30 or so emails sent to my gmail haven't appeared on my Blackberry. If I try to send a message I get the standard 'packet error' message. I've googled for various solutions, but they all seem directed at users with older blackberries, so I haven't been able to use them.

However, I go to compose an email, and my phone tells me that "no message services are configured". That would be fine, if my email was not already set up, according to my blackberry. I tried going through the whole process again, and then it tells me that my email is already set up. But, it says I can only save a draft, not send, when I'm done.
I owned a pearl before this, but never used many of the features. I would like to be able to use more of them on this phone. I am a bit of an electrical gimp.
