I have set up my yahoo mail account on my Nokia C6-01. I receive mails as they should do. But I Cant send mail. When I compose a mail and try to send it it just stays in outbox. I have set the mailbox settings correctly. While my gmail account works fine to send mails. Mails are sent instantly. Is anyone else going thru this trouble? And I Cant set up the Ovi mail mailbox. It keeps telling me "unable to sign in"

I recently changed my password on Yahoo.com, and I started having trouble accessing my email using the mail app on the iPhone 5. It was displaying "cannot get mail" and couldn't connect to the server, even after I updated my password on the phone. It seemed like it was reverting to my old password, even after I successfully changed it.Â
I switched to trying to access Yahoo through Mail - Other and it worked. I can receive my e-mails, but now it is not letting me send outgoing mails. It says "doesn't accept relays".

View 15 Replies View RelatedThis is really bothering me.I have a yahoo mail account set up on my phone - It has been on there for over a year - it has always worked this way - If I get an email (the phone goes "bing") and i read it on the computer - and responded and delete it on the computer it would be removed from the phone the next time i looked. Recently I began noticing that the message is not being delated from the phone if I delete it from the mailbox, and I can't figure out why.
Basically I want to be able to read the message on the computer and hit delete and for it do the same thing on my blackberry and vise versa. Now it seems to work if I delete the message on the BB then it will not be in the Mailbox on the computer.
i am using bb since 4 years. i now switched to bb bold 9700 which has wi-fi and 3g. i need help on following topics, sorry if this is repeat question but i searched all possible solutions on website but remained failed.
1. how to set up hotmail, yahoo mail, gmail accounts along with official company mails which is already set up. important is to received online mails the i am receiving official mails on company account, means it rings when a mail hits inbox, i want the same for hotmail, yahoo mail and gmail?
2. how to play Internet on it, when i click on any Internet video, it asked, do you want to switch to wap to stream the video, when i say yes, it gives error message, if i am on wi-fi connection, even then it does not play any video, simply gives error message.
I have weird problem here with my Ymail Account, When i try to setup my xxx@ymail.com account on BIS , autumaticaly a mail server is generated which is pop.izymail.com.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have restored my blackberry 9900 bold backup last night and sincd then i am unable to use my yahoo account on bb, i can receive the emails but cant reply it .... when i try to reply a new window open but on blackberry menu there is no option of send.... and its only happening in Yahoo.... I can use my gmail account and Mail Xchange accounts but the problem is only with yahoo.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI finally got around to setting up Mac Mail on my iMac today. My primary e-mail account is an @yahoo.com address. After setting up yahoo on the Mac Mail program, my iMac and iPad can receive new yahoo e-mails when they check for mail, but my iPhone not only isn't receiving yahoo mail when it checks for them, it will not fetch new e-mail either when I manually tell it check for e-mails. The only way it has received any of the new e-mails is after I shut down the phone and rebooted it. Again, everything was working fine until I set up Mac Mail today.

I am using N97 mini and I tried to setup my Yahoo Mail using the email setup tool. I can confirm that I supplied the correct username and password but still, it keeps on asking the username / password even if I enter it a number of times already. I tried using username with and without @yahoo.mail but I get the same results. Note that I was successful in setting up my mail in the office (IMAP4).

Also with Google Sync, any replies you do on your BB are automatically updated in you Gmail.Now, the question is, is there something like that for Yahoo?
