How do I stop messages coming from my windows live account on my phone?
I am an xbox ambassador and everytime someone gets into Ambassador Chat im getting a message and Im sick of them lol.
I m a rogers user in Canada. I updated my lumia 1020 to WP8.1 yesterday, everything looks fine except I cannot make live folder on home screen.

View 3 Replies View RelatedPhone was on desk minding it own business I turned on my Bluetooth speakers bose. And the phone made a horrible sound via its speaker phone speaker. Load static for no reason. I went to the radio tuner as it sound like radio static and sure enough as it was searching the static changed.
So why would turning on my BT speakers cause the radio to turn on with static without head phones and be super loud on the phone speakers. The only way I could stop the sound was to power the phone off.
I installed Windowsphone 10 on my lumia 1020,but I can't unlock my phone. keyboard will not be shown, and i can't write my password.

I tried to uninstall it and the replug it in but this does not work. I followed the instructions at: support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/2749484 but without success. My phone still won't be recognized.

I use the windows phone app on my Mac but it when I delete all the images via the app it still shows that there is still images on the phone even though my camera roll on the actual phone shows no images. It's still showing 7GB worth of images on the windows phone app when the phone is connected to the app. I even deleted all media content and it still shows it.

With my iPhone I used to be able to put the phone number with three commas and then the passcode to the conference call in the meeting request (format = 555-555-5555,,,12121212#). By using this format my customers could just click the link in their iPhone and it would auto-dial the conference number along with the passcode so that they did not have to remember the passcode while driving.
Example: 555-555-5555,,,12121212#. (autohyperlink for iOS)
VS
555-555-5555 Passcode 12121212 then press # (caller can hyperlink the phone number but has to remember the passcode and dial it while driving...)
By using this format you could just click the number and it would dial the number pause then auto add the passcode and # to enter the conference call. I think Blackberry used to use a similar format to achieve the same thing.
After doing the clean install and updating my Lumia 1020 to Windows 10, I accidentally messed up my server address for my Microsoft account. I thought it was my school email address and changed it to what my school's server should be. Now I'm having sync issues. Also, would this cause me not to be able to download music from Music+ app?

I have more than 2000 songs on the phone and would like to be able to make several playlists the easy way. Inside the playlist folder I can find no way to make, edit or add songs to a playlist. I would hate to have to put all my music into iTunes again and then sync and transfer it to the phone. Likewise, I would hate to try to use Windows Media Player and sync and transfer that to the Windows 8 phone.

The only background apps I have running is the one for the weather app I am currently trying to use. I would also like to find out if I can re-upgrade to windows 8.1. I am suspecting that it may not have installed correctly because there was power interruption during the upgrade process. My phone is Lumia 1020.
