99% of the time browsing is fine but once in a while the phone will turn off and reboot. Another rare one is the screen going white with lines of code. Sometimes I can back up and then return to the site, or page, and all's fine. Or exit and re-enter browser. Other times it stays like that for hours or days or when I travel very far it returns to normal.

my phone gets the spinning clock all the time....so i am trying to prevent it from as many apps from running at the same time...so apps you just can't stop.....but i noticed that "Documents To Go Files" automatically starts when i reboot my phone....i went to their site...but could not find the answer....anyway to prevent it from starting in the beg, instead of having to turn it off everytime?

After a device reboot I notice the battery is draining fast and I check in cellular data settings and sure enough 3G has turned itself back on. I have reported this using Apple Feedback but wanted to see if anyone else has uncovered this bug / can reproduce it. I can reproduce it after each and every reboot.

i got this phone from a friend. It was a phone serviced by AT&T, but i got it unlocked so i can use with my current carrier, T-Mobile. The phone has bunch of preloaded default AT&T applications. I wonder if i can use any of them under T-Mobile internet service. such as browser, xm radio, messengers, email. GPS etc.
I tried to connect to each one of them, but got connection error. Is there some kind of setting i can play around with? or any of you got it to work?
Is Japanese language available for the Xenon anywhere? The only Asian language listed under the Languages menu is Korean. But when I get e-mails in Japanese, they are partly readable (the hiragana and katakana are visible and displayed correctly, but the kanji don't show up properly). If the Xenon didn't ship with Japanese support, then is there some way to add it into the phone?

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a LG Xenon GR500 phone and whenever I try to send or receive files via MMS my phone tells me "My Stuff Folder is Full - Delete files". I am using a 2GB memory card and all defaults are set to this folder. I have moved everything from Ringtones to Pictures to the memory card and deleted every single nonessential file from the phone. When checking the Phone Common memory, it shows 179886KB in use and 108KB free. 170900KB is listed as "Others" and when I go to the "Other Files" folder, it is empty. I have done a Master Reset on the phone and I am at my wits end with this thing. Does ANYONE have any idea whats going on here?

View 1 Replies View RelatedOver the last 3 days ive noticed my phone using a lot more battery than it usually does, i can usually get upto 2 days battery usage when its used frequently, but it has been getting less than a day over the last 3 days.
I turned the phone off with the power button and tried to turn it on again, The instant i press the power button the screen turns on (stays black but becomes a dark grey with the backlight) for about 30 seconds, but nothing else happens, the screen turns off after those 30 seconds and its back to square 1.I have tried turning it on again without a sim card, or memory card, or both and still the same result
I turned my phone off and when I tried to turn it on the apple logo appeared on the screen but then it shut down. I have tried turning it on several times but the same thing happens over and over again. I plugged it in to my computer and also tried charging it but nothing works!

I have a JB iPhone 3G 3.1.2 OS. Everything has been fine until now. I had SBRotator on and all of a sudden it started to go really slow and in the end not respond. So i turned my iphone off by holding the power and home buttons and now whenever I turn it on it stays on the apple logo screen for about 10 seconds and then switches itself off. I've never had a problem with SBRotator before. What can I do to get it working again?

ZonaSnap , QuickLaunch, Blink all preloaded during each test. 8 Email Accounts, about 80 read emails, and 100+ sms, 41 apps anyone that is getting 1-2min reboot please post your settings.
How much are the fast reboot or reboot/kill software really needed on ICS?im finding that even on a large exclude list there are still apps that run, that i dont really need and eat up some of the interal memory.is there any other way other than rebooting all the time to get rid of them? Will rebooting drain more battery energy?

Connection itself works fine, I can see correct status, can ping my phone from PC by phone's intranet IP, telnet from phone to intranet server is always ok even by HTTP 80 port, both by hostname and IP. But I cannot get to intranet web using neither standard Nokia browser, nor Opera Mini.
With standard browser, it's just impossible to select VPN access point (present in the list, but not selectable) and Opera Mini allows to select my VPN connection, but all I can see there is an error that server is unavailable.
Is there any way to speed up my browsing? I have a 3rd party BES server. I find surfing the web to be incredibly slow.

I can make calls, however when I attempt to use maps, setup email, browse, it won't connect. For maps I get the msg: "Your device is not configured for BIS or BES access" Email setup: "Device had a problem connecting to the server"
I have read that this means my carrier is not recognizing my device, or vice versa?

I have been also checking out Motorola's Droid which has a 3.7" Inch screen with 16:9 wide screen Ratio the other day I had a chance to surf the web on it, and let me tell you guys it was a very good experience. I have still not had my hands on the Nokia N900. Does the N900 also give the same viewing pleasure, which includes excellent picture quality, wide vieweing(what I mean by wide viewing is, not watching anything in constricted, narrow view) Real Life picture colours etc.
What I am saying is with the Droid I did not feel I was watching anything in a very constricted and Narrow view, is the experience and the feeling also the same with the N900.
I have an X6 and often when I browse the net I am told that I can't view certain files because there is no flash player. I presume I should download one from somewhere but where and which one?

View 7 Replies View RelatedAfter I recently updated my OS on the Torch (and had a ton of issues with the battery drain) I have noticed that occasionally when I am on the web it removes hyper links -- like if I'm reading a news story and it has a link to a previous story it's just blank. Or if I'm on Facebook (the mobile web edition, not the app) it has blank spots where my friends names would normally be. I can't click on a link, even when I know it's there, so the link is not only hidden but not useful.
It's happened about 5 or 6 times since the upgrade. I do pull the batter and do a reset and everything goes back to normal, but that gets annoying after awhile.
I just got the Torch and love it but the one thing I miss about my iPhone is being able to go to the top of the page instantly when browsing. Can you do that with this phone?
