I have a new LG G4. I am trying to add a signature for my texts but the option is not there. I have been through the manual step by step. It just isn't visible. Am I missing an upgrade?

View 6 Replies View RelatedI understand the steps to generate and auto signature - Go to email, click menu/options/email settings/auto signature ON, and type in your signature. However when I click on Email Settings there is no option for Auto Signature. The only options are:
Enable HTML email yes/no
Download Images Automatically yes/no
Confirm Delivery yes/no
Confirm Read yes/no
Send Read Receipts yes/no
There is no mention of auto signature.
Anyone else missing the 'Edit Signature' option under Email Settings on their 9650? I just noticed this afternoon it's not there. I'm running 5.0.0.810 on BES.Not sure how long it has been missing; if it has been gone since June since I switched from my 8330 to this 9650 or if it was when I upgraded from .732 to .810.
Just wanted to check, I'll probably try downgrading back to .732 to see if it brings it back.I've actually only got three options under Email Settings; Enable HTML, Download images and Confirm external image download.

Has anybody else noticed that the Razr Maxx wont separate the texts into multiple texts if you go over 160? I didnt notice it until I did it the other night, and got a sending error. I could have sworn in the past there was an option for this.

I then wont receive messages until hours later when I guess it finally has sent? Also, in my messaging its showing messages from years ago. Is text messaging. If I try to send an outgoing text at the same time that one is incoming it will not send the outgoing message. It will struggle for about 30 seconds to 1 minute (or even more) and eventually time out with a 'text was not sent' error message. For someone like me who sends thousands of texts a month it's the most annoying thing ever! Other phones do not have this problem.
Also the time stamp for texts does not work if the phone is powered off. For example: I turn my phone off at midnight and someone sends me a text at 1:00 AM. I turn my phone back on at 8AM. The text arrives but does not have the correct time stamp as being sent at 1:00 AM. It will be shown as 8AM. So I have no idea what time the message was actually sent. Once again other phones I have used did not have this problem.
No matter how hard I look I simply cannot find the select runtime option in the developer's menu to switch to ART. It's simply not there. I have a Rogers LG G3 and the device performance has been pretty sluggish since I bought the thing.

I clearly remember receiving email from (ex)coworker of mine sent from his E71. And in the footer it was very pretty line "sent from my Nokia E71". Whenever i sent someone message they get in the footer less of a pretty line, well, it's not even a line more of a commercial for ovi store "Ovi store new apps every day" followed by link to ovi store. And it is not same as setting up signature in my mail. Because coworker of mine didn't have anything in his signature settings.

View 16 Replies View Relatedi just receivedan htc desire z/g2 from hong kong. it is running android 2.2. but it seems it is the older t-mobile g2 version.... i dont see the personalize button anywhere, nor do i see any of the live/interactive wallpapers or how to change them.....i am in mexico and will be using the telcel gsm network...anyway i can update this to the newer version??...i really have no clue what the differences are, etc. i go into menu > settings> and dont see any personalize option or wallpaper option...this is my first android phone.
