I'm just wondering what is your email signature? I'm using the boring ol' "sent from my blackberry wireless device" I need some inspiration, be it funny or lame one.

I'm writing now one day after the original post. I figured it out and it was in front of me the whole time. Don't go through Options if your with Metro PCS. Click the menu key> Click email set up> Click your email account> Click edit> and then you can change it. I think it is just Metro PCS that does this.

I clearly remember receiving email from (ex)coworker of mine sent from his E71. And in the footer it was very pretty line "sent from my Nokia E71". Whenever i sent someone message they get in the footer less of a pretty line, well, it's not even a line more of a commercial for ovi store "Ovi store new apps every day" followed by link to ovi store. And it is not same as setting up signature in my mail. Because coworker of mine didn't have anything in his signature settings.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have recently synced my hotmail email to my new blackberry bold, for some reason it duplicates my signature, which I set on my hotmail, every time I send an email. When I get rid of the signature and just sign my name, it says my name twice. I have made sure that I don't have a signature set on my phone, and so it is just my hotmail one.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI can't seem to get rid of my email signature on my BES account. I previously had an 8830, and I could go into email settings and turn the sig on and off. I could change the wording, etc. It worked perfectly.
With my Tour, every time I send an email, I still have the signature that I created with the 8830. I can change the email setting labeled "Use Auto Signature" (don't remember what it was called on the 8830) to Yes or No, and it doesn't affect anything. If I select "Yes", and type in a new signature, it still uses the one I created on the 8830.
I am trying to remove the following message: -- BlackBerry® from Mobistar --- which appears at the end of any message I am sending from my BB. The setttings do not seem to give access to this function - or I missed it.

I have an S6 on Verizon. I have been using the stock email app for corporate MS Exchange.
I've set up a custom signature in the account settings since I don't like to give Verizon free advertising via the "Sent from my Verizon 4G LTE Smartphone." However, when I use the quick Reply All in conversation view rather going directly into a message and replying from there, it adds the default Verizon signature.

Confirm Delivery yes/no
Confirm Read yes/no
Send Read Receipts yes/no
There is no mention of auto signature.
Bold 9700. Is there a way to include the email signature for replies so that it appears after the new text and not all the way at the bottom of the original message?
View 5 Replies View RelatedAnyone else missing the 'Edit Signature' option under Email Settings on their 9650? I just noticed this afternoon it's not there. I'm running 5.0.0.810 on BES.Not sure how long it has been missing; if it has been gone since June since I switched from my 8330 to this 9650 or if it was when I upgraded from .732 to .810.
Just wanted to check, I'll probably try downgrading back to .732 to see if it brings it back.I've actually only got three options under Email Settings; Enable HTML, Download images and Confirm external image download.
When emailing, or more importantly replying to emails the signature is placed at the very bottom of the email string. The signature is not placed at the end of the body of the message. If this doesnt make sense to all of you let me go further - if you are sending a reply to someone, your signature will show as the last line or lines on the message instead of after your main text and before the original email.
This happened to me when I had a BB 8820 and now with the BB 9700 I am starting to notice it. What puzzles me is that it does not happen all of the time. Has anyone done any testing with different mail servers? Is RIM working on a resolution for this issue? I think that it is great that people have mentioned using auto text and so on but thats not a solution, that is a work around.
I have searched other forums but have not found a fix. While configuring my Exchange signature block on my Razr it all looks great but the recipient sees phone numbers and address as hyperlinks, instead of just email address as a link. The phone and address links obviously go no where once clicked.
