New HTC One M8. Some of my emails state this. I checked the same email on my MAC and it displays fine. So I'm guessing that it is a problem with the email app on the phone and not my provider. I tried to increase the mail size limit, but that didn't work. I don't see any settings for enabling HTML.
View 1 Replies View RelatedAs stated in the title, besides "Empower", is there any other add-in's or suggestions to allow for a better HTML email experience on a Bold 9650?I can use Bolt or Opera to access the web email portal and get the full email via the browser, but that's a bit cumbersome and I'd rather just use the messaging folder instead. Thoughts or suggestions?

View 5 Replies View RelatedI have a nokia E5 and have just updated (through Nokia Suite beta) the email application from 3.16.0 to 3.21.0. Since then all of my messages which contain html code are displayed as is, without the phone parsing the code. What I mean is instead of normal writing I just get html code.

View 14 Replies View RelatedApologies if this has been asked before. When I get an HTML email with images, the images show up as attachments. I have "Enable HTML Email" turned on. I am running 5.0.0.330, I have no idea what version of BES we are on.
View 6 Replies View RelatedI recently purchased BB Torch 9860 with OS 7 and configured by personal and work email on BIS. I am receiving emails only in text format. In some emails with images that have hyperlink, I just see a link and images not displayed. All the images comes as an attachment in the email. My friend having another BB Torch is able to view emails as HTML. But he is with BES.
Is there any solution for my issue? I am not receiving any options in the email preference to enable HTML format for emails.
I suddenly cannot see the contents, text or HTML, in any of my email. I am relatively new to Blackberry. I am using a Torch and I think that I may have accidently set something. I hate touch screens! Anyway, I see the sender name and subject, but no message in the body.
View 4 Replies View RelatedHow can I retain the HTML format when sending email? In a similar way, I want my emails to go in HTML format from my iPhone. As of now, it goes as text type and I did not like the font. I wanted to go as Arial.

I upgraded my Tour (Verizon) last week to OS 5.0. Since the upgrade I have been unable to view HTML emails. The body of the email provides the text/link to the images along with a lot of text I do not understand. I don't even get the links to "get image" or "view image on a web page". I made sure the settings were correct (i.e. enable HTML email, download images automatically) and the issue persisted. Battery pull did not work, deleting and resending service books did not work. Through searches on this forum and others it appears that this is not an isolated problem. Is there a fix that I am not aware of? I am close to wiping the phone clean and going back to OS 4.7, but I like all other features that came with 5.0.
View 7 Replies View RelatedThis used to work on my Droid and Droid 2. I receive an HTML email, which appears as 3 attachments, 2 text and one HTML. If I click on either of the TXT attachments I'm offered the choice of HTML Viewer or QuickOffice to view them. However when I click on the HTML attachment (the actual mail body) it goes straight to the browser, which tries to opencontent://com.motorola.blur.service.email.engine.EmailProvider/bodyparts/file/3/329_5.attand drops me into a google search browser window "did not match any documents". IOW it cannot find that file/location.
It's as if the email tool is creating an address (storage location) for the attachment that the browser doesn't recognize; or that it is creating one but passing a different handle to the HTML reader. Over a variety of emails the pattern is .../file/x/yyy_5.att.sing "Files" I can't find anything that looks like these attachment files, apparently it is below user visibility. can save the attachment into Messages then view it with the HTML Viewer; but I don't want to do that a dozen times a day.
I'm a little underwhelmed with the Gmail application on the Atrix. After coming from an Iphone one of the glaring deficiencies with this mail app is that I cannot resize html email content. I don't see any other options for mail on this phone, am I stuck with this app for mail? Is it part of the MotoBlur suite? I like the MotoBlur messaging tools or not. I want to like it because it seems like a great idea but it also seems a bit too cumbursome and non-intuitive. I'll try it a bit longer to see if it grows on me or not.

I clearly remember receiving email from (ex)coworker of mine sent from his E71. And in the footer it was very pretty line "sent from my Nokia E71". Whenever i sent someone message they get in the footer less of a pretty line, well, it's not even a line more of a commercial for ovi store "Ovi store new apps every day" followed by link to ovi store. And it is not same as setting up signature in my mail. Because coworker of mine didn't have anything in his signature settings.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI have recently synced my hotmail email to my new blackberry bold, for some reason it duplicates my signature, which I set on my hotmail, every time I send an email. When I get rid of the signature and just sign my name, it says my name twice. I have made sure that I don't have a signature set on my phone, and so it is just my hotmail one.

View 1 Replies View RelatedI can't seem to get rid of my email signature on my BES account. I previously had an 8830, and I could go into email settings and turn the sig on and off. I could change the wording, etc. It worked perfectly.
With my Tour, every time I send an email, I still have the signature that I created with the 8830. I can change the email setting labeled "Use Auto Signature" (don't remember what it was called on the 8830) to Yes or No, and it doesn't affect anything. If I select "Yes", and type in a new signature, it still uses the one I created on the 8830.
I'm just wondering what is your email signature? I'm using the boring ol' "sent from my blackberry wireless device" I need some inspiration, be it funny or lame one.
