Noticed.. when the screen is on, the clock doesnt update?
For example. Phone is on charge, lock screen clock is shown. Time doesnt move.
Lock/unlock and time updates.
My clock/weather widget is still showing up on my home screen, but I can no longer click on it to get to the clock app with the world clock and the alarms. I can't find the clock app on the phone at all anymore. How do I get it back? I go get a new clock app from the app store, but I really like the HTC sense clock.
View 1 Replies View RelatedHow to get the lock screen clock widget on the home screen? I added the widget but it's a different version of the clock with a white or black box around it depending on the time. I can't seem to find one with a transparent background like the lock screen widget.

A reboot will fix the problem for about 6 hours. I have the weather app scheduled to update every hour. The same thing also happens with my Beweather widget.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI found a weird bug and wanted to report it. If you attemt to add the World Clock widget on the home screen it will cause the LED light to flash green continuously when the display goes to sleep. Deleting the widget off screen doesn't make it go away and to make things worse, when rebooting the Atrix 2 the LED flashing comes back because once you apply this clock it will forever run in the background every time phone boots. You have to do a master reset to make this nightmare go away. Update: It appears that what causes this is when for the very first time you apply this widget it scans for your location and if unsuccessful is how this problem starts. Deleting the widget, clearing data and rebooting doesn't fix it. You have no other choice but to master reset the phone. If you were successful then it will function like it should.

View 2 Replies View RelatedWhen I put my Atrix in my HD dock and the dock is powered on, the Atrix automatically brings up the widget clock in landscape. When the dock is powered off, nothing happens (screen stays off). Is there a way to start the widget clock mode manually -- I do not want to leave the Atrix charging all the time. I notice that there is an app to start the car dock view. Is there one to start the landscape clock widget? The Atrix is up to date running 2.3.4.
View 3 Replies View RelatedI have an s6 and the factory installed 4x1 clock/weather app no longer works. The clock still keeps time, but the weather icon on the right hand side does not show the current weather, will not update, nor will it allow me to touch the widget and enter into the settings/different cities. It was working fine up until about a week ago. I've tried restarting my phone and removing/re-positioning the widget, but no luck. It can't be uninstalled as it came with OS.
View 7 Replies View RelatedOk, I set my Photon in the webtop dock, but just to charge on my desk, not using the webtop program. It used to display a choice of "Widget Clock" or Webtop, and it no longer does. Maybe I clicked the don't ask again box last time? I do not remember, it's been a few weeks since I used the dock. Anyway I am SURE this is a simple setting somewhere, but I cannot, for the life of me, find it to turn the selection screen back on. I cleared the cache and settings, still no selection screen.

View 10 Replies View RelatedI would like to use my iPhone as a bedside clock at night, but it keeps going to sleep. Is there a way to keep the clock face on while charging?
Info:
iphone, iOS 4
I love the bedside mode of the Storm 2, especially with the dock I recently purchased. The only problem is, I like the room dark as possible and even with the phone in bedside mode when charging, and the setting check to dim the clock, it's still far to bright.
Is there a way of having clock on, but have the screen go off with the usual setting to black the screen after say 30 seconds or whatever I choose for the backlighting time out, then have the screen come on if I reach over and touch the screen to display the clock, then letting the backlighting go off again after the preset time?
This would make the setup perfect for me, allowing me to use the Storm 2 as a bedside clock without having to have the display on all the time, but being able to turn it on for a short period of time as needed. If this is possible, can somebody post the settings needed
I've been trying to get RSS feeds to appear on the the homescreen of my N97, but without success. I can get the feeds no problem using the browser, but when I go to 'add content' on the homescreen, there's no option to add these feeds, as stated in numerous tutorials on the web. I'm using firmware V20 and with Vodaphone.

View 6 Replies View RelatedI would definitely consider the M8 the problem is that there is no widget for the included email app. That's a key feature. Being able to see my inbox from my home screen is something I do all the time. I don't want to have to buy a 3rd party app for email (and only maildroid offers this at 19.95). Especially since an email client is built in. Any widget that works with the built in email app that will let me see my inbox without opening the app?

Unfortunately, it continues to run a process even though I don't utilize it on any of my screens. There is no "App" to uninstall, and when I try to delete the widget from the list of available widgets, How to do this?
