It's only when I text my friend I get a message failed sign every time. I can text everyone else No problem and I am in service. My other friends can text her phone problem and she can text me but I can't respond.

How do I resend a text message on the iphone that has failed to send due to signal failure?

I Often times I'll get a " message failed" message while trying to send text or iMessages to friends. The only way it'll eventually send is if I dekete tge entire message thread. Any way I can fix this problem on my iPhone 6 plus?

The bar on the top of the screen between the "select a profile" and the "search magnifying glass" where the notifications pop up not sure what that page is called but in this slide down screen under Text Messages I have a text message that is staying at unread. Even though I have deleted the text message and I've tried everything to try and get it to go away. Today I have a Blackberry Messenger Message that won't delete as well. Does anyone else have this problem and figure out a way to refresh and get ride of it? I've tried turning the device on and off a few times but doesn't fix the issue.
View 7 Replies View RelatedJust wondering if your bold drops calls as frequently as mine does. it seems that sometimes the phone decides to act up and gives me a 'call failed' message whenever i try to make a phone call. I always check how many bars i have and its usually at 4 or 5. sometimes a battery pull fixes this, but other times, the problem is persistent. my old bold 9000 had the same problem, so i'm not sure if it's at&t or blackberries in general.

When I clicked on the message icon, it would open to the full inbox, just not the conversation with the new text message. I want to know if there is a way I can do this with my iPhone as well.

I have a Samsung Galaxy S6, I've had it for about 3 months. It was randomly restarting itself last month but has since stopped that. But 2 days ago I got a whatsapp message and the notification light was flashing but I couldn't get my phone to respond and the screen stayed black. I rebooted it but it did it again the next time I received a message. It is still doing it every time I get a message (whatsapp or text) if the screen is off. It only responds if I reboot. I've cleared the cache partition and it hasn't made a difference. A few times when I've rebooted it it has shut down again as soon as it comes on and does it a couple of times before staying on. I'm pretty sure it shouldn't be doing this! I don't want to do a factory reset.

It only happens with texts from him, no-one else. I've tried deleting our conversation but it makes no difference. It's getting so frustrating cos I have to keep asking him to text me again and a lot of the time I just get another 'cracked' text!
View 9 Replies View RelatedI'm currently using firmware V 40.0.005 and trying to update to the newest version.I run the update in the Ovi suite and all goes as it should but when my phone restarts it still runs V. 4 instead of the new one.I've also tried updating through my phone but get a message saying that the server is not responding.On another matter, I try to update Ovi maps to V3.4 and it fails every time, I've tried downloading it to my PC and updating it through Ovi suite and my phone comes up with a message saying that the installer is already running.If anyone would be able to help me with this or point me in the right direction it would be GREATLY appreciated, I've only just got my phone back after it needed repairing due to a fault and now this has gone wrong.

When I try to forward a text message to more than 10 people by using the contacts menu to select the recipients, the message changes from text message to multimedia message.
Since, I do not have a subscription for multimedia messages with my service provider, the message remains in the outbox and never gets sent.
Can someone advice why the text message converts to multimedia message? How to prevent this from happening everytime I send/forward text message to more than 10 people from the contacts list?
I recently purchased a Nokia X6, and I found that texting can be rather difficult, its not like recent problems (Deleting message), when I start to text someone, I press the space key but sometimes it doesn't work which means its carry on the message without making a space in between ("Hihow areyou") <it goes something like that>

I got an error message that the update failed & now my iphone only shows a pic of a usb cable with an arrow pointing to the itunes logo.I already tried holding down the on off buton & the home button like the instructions say. Problem is that when the instructions say I should be at the part where itunes is again recognizing my iphone, my itune is not recognizing my iphone. So I am stuck.
