I know alot of people said with 3.1.3 they were unable to unlock the phone to a different network using SNOW.Just wondering if once 4.0 comes around, will that feature come back?

Do I need a more recent mac mini to use my iphone 4 with. Im unable to download snow leopard because my mac mini is older. Do I need to get a new mac or is there something else i can do

View 11 Replies View RelatedI have a Galaxy S6 T-Mobile version that I have had for about 2 weeks now. So far I have been pretty happy with it, specially as I came from an iPhone 5s. However I am having an issue that is really annoying.
I have a fitbit charger hr tracker connected to the phone. When I use the activity tracker function of the fitbit app I am unable to unlock the phone at all. The screen stutters and takes a while to fully load when pressing the button and the majority of the time it will fade out, not even giving me the ability to use a fingerprint to unlock or to swipe if the smart unlock is on.
As this point, I am not sure if this is caused by the fitbit app or if it is the GPS that does it. With the exception of the rare time it unlocks for me, I need to restart the phone each time.
I went ahead and cleared both caches, after looking up how to do it. Unfortunately it does not appear to have worked at all. I am seeing the same symptoms. I noticed a further symptom as well. I started playing music during a walk and the bluetoothplayback was periodically interrupted. A stutter of some sort.
I will next be ruling out BT issues using wired, as I have never had issues with this headset before I think it is related.
The other thing I noticed was that I was able to put it into airplane mode and while still stuttering severely, I was able to unlock the phone though with much hesitation. My next step will also to be trying this same task without the GPS on, seeing if that makes a difference.
I got my new phine a few days ago. Last night i did the finger print function- it is now locked and asking for a pin that i do not remember setting. I cannot do ther restore factory settings as i cannot get in to the settings app - slowly going crazy?Â

I have a iPhone 3G.So I made the mistake of upgrading to 3.1.3 firmware, I had unlocked and jailbroken with Cydia and Blackra1n. So i waited a while until there was some ways to do it to 3.1.3 and used Redsn0w to jailbrake which worked and tried to unlock with Sn0wbreeze and it didn't work, I then turned the phone off and the next day I have turned it on and I think its bricked. It just has the sn0wbreeze symbol, computer wont recognize its plugged in and I have held down hold and home to rest and it does nothing.

I will eventually update it to Lion like my macbook has, however ever since I installed the new software and I installed norton Anti-Virus, my IMAC reads my IPHONE as a camera. WM 6.1 upgrade went without problem, but now I have issue with Wi-Fi access.PIE is unable to open any websites if the phone connects to any secured wireless network.(WEP, WPA, WPA2)Only time the wi-fi would work is when I connect to non-secured network.When I was on WM 6.0, I had no issues what so ever, so this is a new problem and I know I setup the network correctly. (Router issues IP address and network card receives IP address.)Looks like it happened to couple of others as well, but there does not look to be any remedy for it.
Of course about 90% of the time I will be connecting to non-secured network, so it should not be a too large an issue, but if possible, I would like to fix this.According to the search, only remedy I have seen is a guy contacting Samsung and getting WM 6.0 re-flashed on the phone. Other than 6.0 reflash, could there be any other potential resolution that I have overlooked?
