Aug 24, 2010When I call people, they often can't hear me. Its weird, sometimes they can (on one call) and sometimes they can't (a different call). Cannot figure out why. Someone suggested resetting my phone - does that mean soft or hard reset?

Mar 26, 2010I broke my last phone (I didn't really break it the signal inside of it went bust) I had to put up with a brick of a SE anyway I found a better looking one; the problem is I've looked and looked to find how to "unlock" it and have tried setool2lt.exe and selected the W300. I also even held down C and plugged in etc. The only problem is that it doesn't seem to pick it up at all!

Aug 12, 2010I have a Sony Ericsson K800i and until two days ago it was working just fine. But then it displayed the "No access to network." message and I couldn't make or receive any calls. I tried to restart the phone, to take off the battery, to reset the settings, to set a network manually etc etc but still nothing.
And while it is searching for a network, it is draining the battery too. It was fully charged this morning, and now it's only 25%. Normally, it should take 3-4 days to reach that power level. I should mention now that I'm in roaming in Munich, Germany since three weeks, and my phone bills are payed on time, so it shouldn't be an mobile operator problem.

Apr 4, 2010I will try explain my problem and what i`ve done as clear as possible.I bought w995 on orange from ebay and i thought that unlockingdebranding will be a piece of cake.I was wrong, So, after frrustrating news that A2 phones can be unlocked only by a paid service i ordered one myself. Finally i got it unlocked, but still on Orange firmware. Shoved my o2 sim in it and everything was working fine. Next step that i took - debranding. Got A2uploader,FS+main+custom pack from c905 and started to flash it. After flash was successful I turned it on and was kinda amazed - "no network coverage" was written on my screen. Tried different SIMs- same problem.So, now i`m stucked with this pointless brick aka phone.
Some info about recent solutions given:
-It`s not in flight mode.
-Master reset didn`t help.
-Tried various FS+main+custom packs
-Tried D-ultimate unlocker (Direct Unlock(+Sec. zone rebuild))

Sep 21, 2010I was using c510 for past 6 months. My network provider is vodafone. Recently I changed to postpaid connection from prepaid keeping the same number for that I got a new SIM. When I inserted the new SIM on switch on itself it is asking for phone lock code.I haven't kept any lock code for my phone till now. And when I searched in the net for the default code i got it as '0000'. But when I enter that it says wrong code.
Then I inserted my old SIM for that it is working but its inactive since I got new one. I checked the phone security settings under settings->general->security->Locks->phone protection->Protection so as to turn off that feature.It was shown 'Automatic' neither On or Off. And when I tried to change that to off its again asking for the lock code. And I am not able to use my phone now.

May 31, 2010I have a SE Z520a that I want to recycle to a new carrier. My old carrier (AT&T / Cingular) gave me the unlock code which seems to work fine (I see unlocked icons for all five categories NCK, CCK, etc.). Now I would like to unbrand it.Will pushing a firmware update via SEUS be sufficient? It look like the current firmware for this phone is R3J017 while the phone internals say that I am on R3F017. I assume that if I update via SEUS, I will get the latest and greatest.If that is not sufficient, how do I get a generic branding? I know Davinci and some of those will do that, but I would prefer downloading software and doing it myself. I can't afford to brick the phone.

Aug 30, 2010i live in aus and i have SE T715. im with 3. on prepaid. when i woke up today it said where the "3" symbol is meant to be "Inactive SIM". called 3 and they said your account isnt barred or anything and everything seems fine on our end. so i turned the phone off and turned it back on and wala it was back to normal again! the sim is only 1 month old! it hasnt said "inactive sim" since! weird.another thing is i couldnt make phone calls a couple of hours afterwards. the signal bar was on full but the "G" symbol in the top left hand corner disappeared and wasnt replaced with anything. so i turned my phone off and turned it back on and guess what? back to normal. it only did it that one time and same with the usim message only once. hasnt played up since! it just seems turning the phone off and turning it back on fixes it.there are three things that can be causing this 1:the sim card 2:the phone or 3: the network. what do you guys think.

Sep 9, 2010hoping someone can help me out here. I have a Sony Ericsson W595 This afternoon I went to make a call and found I couldn't get into my contacts list - I'd press select and nothing would happen. The phone would not be frozen, however. Then, on my "recent calls" list all my contacts' names had been replaced with an "e" with an acute accent. Later, I lost signal so took the battery out and replaced it, which didn't help. My message counter and phone theme were reset but the time and date were not. I removed and replaced the SIM card, which also had no effect. I then put my SIM card in a Motorola Pebl and got full signal and could receive texts again, so I assume it is a phone fault, not a SIM problem.
