I bought a sony erricson cyber shot mobile around 18 months back. i got network problem and remaining each and every feature of the phone is working fine and all the service centers in bangalore, india simply saying that i need to change the mother board for this mobile. Is there any other way to get the issue resolved.

If a customer makes a complaint under warranty, within how many days the complaint is resolved by the co. And if not resolved within that period what is the policy of the co. to compensate the customer. And within how much time the mail is replied to the customer. I want the mobile phone to be replaced immediately, I have already suffered much, and justice delayed is justice denied.
Today I bought the NEW SE C903. I feel that the picture I took look so weird. After I compare with the picture they put in the forum here are totally different. Especially when Zoom In the Photo. My Picture look blur and something wrong. But the Boss said to me, this is normal/same with all 5MP phone. Here are my Picture.

The problem I have is when the phone locks me into GPRS, it becomes a virtual paper weight. It works great if I can get it to lock onto Edge by walking around enough. When it's downloaded it looks like half the phone screen are the "web" pages and the lower half is a "navigation pad" with a central "select" button. When I go to place a bet via this app, the "select" button is supposed to make the keypad pop up so that amounts can be entered but nothing happens. I've been on to Paddy Power and they say they have tested the app and all is working fine and that it MUST be a Sony Ericsson problem. now I don't really see how this can be

View 4 Replies View RelatedTrying to communicate with T68i using AT commands. Using Bray's Terminal (similar to Hyper Terminal) on PC side. Any sent AT Commands from PC are echoed back to PC, but never get the expected "OK". Instead T68 send "ERROR" appx 20 sec after last AT Command is sent from PC. Have tested two T68i with same result. Baudrate = 9600. Tested with other standard baud rates too in desperation. No parity and 1 stop bit is used. What am I missing?

But then it displayed the "No access to network." message and I couldn't make or receive any calls. I tried to restart the phone, to take off the battery, to reset the settings, to set a network manually etc etc but still nothing.
And while it is searching for a network, it is draining the battery too. It was fully charged this morning, and now it's only 25%. Normally, it should take 3-4 days to reach that power level. I should mention now that I'm in roaming in Munich, Germany since three weeks, and my phone bills are payed on time, so it shouldn't be an mobile operator problem.
After updating my phone(w995) software...i m having network problem...i have taken it to service center but no use...wht should i do now?

View 4 Replies View RelatedI will try explain my problem and what i`ve done as clear as possible.I bought w995 on orange from ebay and i thought that unlockingdebranding will be a piece of cake.I was wrong, So, after frrustrating news that A2 phones can be unlocked only by a paid service i ordered one myself. Finally i got it unlocked, but still on Orange firmware. Shoved my o2 sim in it and everything was working fine. Next step that i took - debranding. Got A2uploader,FS+main+custom pack from c905 and started to flash it. After flash was successful I turned it on and was kinda amazed - "no network coverage" was written on my screen. Tried different SIMs- same problem.So, now i`m stucked with this pointless brick aka phone.
Some info about recent solutions given:
-It`s not in flight mode.
-Master reset didn`t help.
-Tried various FS+main+custom packs
-Tried D-ultimate unlocker (Direct Unlock(+Sec. zone rebuild))
