I have an AT&T GoPhone account. When the phone boots up with an AT&T SIM card installed, it goes to the "SIM Network Unlock Pin" request screen. I have worked with both Motorola and AT&T tech support personnel for many, many hours to get my Atrix to accept the unlock code I have been given from AT&T (22314992). The Atrix response is always "Network unlock pin unsuccessful". The phone otherwise works beautifully after a fastboot coldboot (wi-fi, program installs & usage, etc). But one simple problem...I can not make phone calls.
recently purchased a Motorola Atrix 2 from the Mot Corporate store here in the US. It works well with AT&T SIM but I wanted to unlock it for using an international SIM when traveling outside. I got the unlock code from AT&T but the phone didn't accept the code. I tried the code twice and both times, I got this message "Network Unlock Request Unsuccessful". I have confirmed the IMEI by using *#06# and matching it with the number on the back sticker. I checked with AT&T again and they said that Mot said that the original code provided is the right one for my phone.
So, I am stuck now. I don't know what I can do about this phone. I would really love to be able to use it outside the US and that was one of the reasons I paid an unsubsized price for it.Anyone else facing similar problems with the Atrix 2? Is there a software update that can fix this issue? I don't want to try the same code more times because I am afraid that it will hard lock.
I know alot of people said with 3.1.3 they were unable to unlock the phone to a different network using SNOW.Just wondering if once 4.0 comes around, will that feature come back?
I recently found out that my blackberry is network locked. So I can't use other SIM card besides the the original carrier network which the phone is locked to. How I can get the unlock code for free?

I bought a T-Mobile Samsung Viibrant locally on Kijiji. And I think I got scammed. I purchased an unlock code off ebay and entered it. I receive this message "NETWORK UNLOCK REQUEST UNSUCCESSFUL". The seller says this is a problem with the phone. I don't know what to do. The phone doesn't say it's "frozen" or "locked".

my touch screen cracked after I droppet my Xperia Mini Pro on the pavement. I can still see everything on the screen, but when I try to unlock the phone by sliding the touch screen, there's no reply. The keyboard however works fine, so what I'm wondering is if there's any way for me to use the keyboard to unlock my phone?
I know there has gotta be a way to reverse the process that at&t used to put all the useless stuff on my phone taking up all the memory.Does anyone know there secret or simply how to unlock the x10a?
I just had my new x10 delivered and have inserted my sim card from my old phone. The paperwork says I should be prompted to insert my pin but there is no prompt! Just a blue screen with the date and a lock in the corner.
