I remember my z2 was able to set the bluetooth unlock range between my phone and my smartband at android 4.4, but this function seen gone in android 5.1,i can unlock my phone in android 5.1 with any range just need the bluetooth connected.

It is taking multiple attemts to unlock my phone.I also observed that when I get to call, to cancel dragging the icon from right to left this is required multiple attempts.i.e many time dragging icon from right to left.
I don't know whether it is software problem or hardware. I have tried the repair operation also. my xperia neo is uptodate and running 2.3.4 os.I also tried to un install apps but I couldn't find any difference.Also once I unlock, those 5 screens, I can scroll inbetween and can touch home button. But when I long press on the screen to add widget/folder I am unable to do it as soon as I unlock phone. It is taking some time to respond.
As I purchased this phone in UK and using it in India, I am not sure how much service I can get in india from SE.I have bill for the mobile too.in other posts somebody told me to remove yahoo and i did the same but didn't find any difference.in short the touch scence is not responsive during unlock and for a while once get the home screen. I also installed andvance task killer app and killing apps frequently that also not making any help.
my touch screen cracked after I droppet my Xperia Mini Pro on the pavement. I can still see everything on the screen, but when I try to unlock the phone by sliding the touch screen, there's no reply. The keyboard however works fine, so what I'm wondering is if there's any way for me to use the keyboard to unlock my phone?

Therefore, voice commands will not work until you manually unlock the screen. This is a recipe for disaster when using in the car! I've found several other complaints like this, but have found no solutions from Motorola. Under location and security settings I have enabled Allow Bluetooth Bypass, however this has no effect. I have turned phone off and back on. I have disconnected Bluetooth devices and reconnected, but problem still exists. The whole point of having Bluetooth in the car is the ability to make phone calls without reaching for or looking at the phone for increased safety.

So your pattern is not finished and screen has gone black. The phone finds the car and pairs and the car registers the phone, then the car keeps dropping the connection and then reconnecting every few seconds. They dont actually stay paired long enough to do anything. I have a Blackberry Curve 8900, which is running the latest Software, V5.0.0.681 (Platform 5.2.0.67). I have checked on the Landrover Website and it would appear the Car and Phone are compatible, in fact it is one of the recomended phones, however Landrover list the Software v4.6.1.310 (Platform 4.2.0.0.127) or Latest Tested Version. So it looks as if they should work. My Blackberry works with other In Car Bluetooth and Bluetooth Devices. The Range Rover connects to a Nokia so it seems to be working. The indication is it is a Phone/Car incompatability.
