IPhone :: 4 Had Been Allowed To Unlock But I Can't Unlock

My iphone4 had been allowed to unlock by AT&T but I still can't unlock by chinese sim card.More than three AT&T staffs told me than my iphone4 had been allowed to unlock and sent me instruction on how to unlock my iphone4.First,I had tried to put the AT&T sim card in the iphone4 for active the iphone,then I change the chinese sim card in the iphone4.but still fail.My iphone base-band is 02.10.04.Is question from it?
AT & T has allowed me to unlock iphone in 4 chance of CM: 20120419-39672176 retore 4 times but I have not unlocked? I have mail through AT & T asked, it says it has sent through play apple, but not be unlocked by the apple? please verify Watches? I bought the phone for the money USD: 13.000.000vnd, it is very expensive and very important to me, because I was a student should contact the phone to family refer to Christmas?imei is: 012745006558015 refer back Watches.
I'll just get right to it. When I enter the service menu, it tells me that: unlock bootloader allowed: no. I cannot unlock my bootloader. Now, nobody seems to know of any solutions to this problem. I know it is the carriers that are at fault, but I just want to know if it is *possible* to unlock my bootloader. If not, I will have to return this device for one that is more developer friendly.
So like many people I'd like to customize my phone with a different image to the stock. I've done this before with HTC phones, and earlier this year updated to the Xperia Z2, with the intention of flashing it when a stable build came out from Cyanogen. Â Finally gotten round to doing this and after a confusing twenty minutes trying to get it into fastboot I learn that on its service page its rooting status, bootloader unlock is not allowed.
I have been using a new S6 for a couple of days and have stored my two thumbprints to unlock.To test that it was working I asked my friend to see if they could unlock it. To my horror the phone unlocked on their thumbprint.We tried this reperatedly - a short tap to bring up the 'Keep your finger on the Home key a little longer" message, followed by a normal tap, and the phone unlocks every time.Is this a software or hardware defect?
I've recently moved from Orange to O2 and my iPhone 3GS doesn't recognise the new O2 SIM card. Orange told me that they would send me an unlock code from Apple a month ago. Talked to Orange today and they say I need to get it from O2 but O2 say that's not the case.
When ever I try to unlock (dragging lock button from left to right) , I am unable to unlock in one go. It is taking multiple attemts to unlock my phone.I also observed that when I get to call, to cancel dragging the icon from right to left this is required multiple attempts.i.e many time dragging icon from right to left.
I don't know whether it is software problem or hardware. I have tried the repair operation also. my xperia neo is uptodate and running 2.3.4 os.I also tried to un install apps but I couldn't find any difference.Also once I unlock, those 5 screens, I can scroll inbetween and can touch home button. But when I long press on the screen to add widget/folder I am unable to do it as soon as I unlock phone. It is taking some time to respond.
As I purchased this phone in UK and using it in India, I am not sure how much service I can get in india from SE.I have bill for the mobile too.in other posts somebody told me to remove yahoo and i did the same but didn't find any difference.in short the touch scence is not responsive during unlock and for a while once get the home screen. I also installed andvance task killer app and killing apps frequently that also not making any help.
I set a screen lock code today and used it several time with no problems. Tonight the unlock screen shows 'Enter Password to Unlock' but when I enter the pin code, it will not unlock.
I have the 8 digit network unlock code for my Atrix2, but when new carrier sim card is inserted it doesn't say sim not provisioned, and doesn't provide text box to enter code.Instead it gives me phone and text service but not mms enternet
I lock my bb my pressing the top left keypad lock button but when I press it again to unlock it it won't unlock!! The only way to unlock is to take the battery out and put it back in! It only started doin this yesterday.

I am having issue where phone will not come out of lock screen. Buttons light but screen stays black. I can reboot and use phone so I know it is not hardware. I can still blindly touch screen and maybe get past lock but stays black til I reboot.
I was searching for topics related to this topic, describing the diference beetwen manufacture unlock vs bootloader unlock. I bought an unlocked Atrix in AT&T, so I could use it at any company or overseas. Is this mean the bootloader is also unlocked? Or these are diferent things?
I remember my z2 was able to set the bluetooth unlock range between my phone and my smartband at android 4.4, but this function seen gone in android 5.1,i can unlock my phone in android 5.1 with any range just need the bluetooth connected.
I have my phone set to fingerprint unlock but it says to swipe to unlock. Only after I restart it it asks for my fingerprint. I want it to stay fingerprint to unlock.
my touch screen cracked after I droppet my Xperia Mini Pro on the pavement. I can still see everything on the screen, but when I try to unlock the phone by sliding the touch screen, there's no reply. i'm from Germany and i've bought a new Apple iPhone 4s from the Provider Orange from France. They told me there, that i can't use my iPhone with my German card because it have an simlock.When i pay Money, they can send the IMEI to Apple and i can unlock my iPhone. So i did. They said also, that i have to wait at least a week till ten days. So, thats the 15th day and i'm Angry that i cant put till now my card. How much i have to wait ??? i Cant wait anymore, i paid a lot of money with my trainee money. Sorry for my not perfect Englisch, but how i said, i'm from germany. ´
i want to unlock my 3GS so i can sell it. I was wondering what the appropriate steps are to do this. I have a launch 3GS so it has the older bootrom (or whatever, haha). 1)unlock/jailbreak firmware 3.1.3 with sn0wbreeze 2)restore to unlocked firmware 3)do NOT restore any personal info 4)take out SIM card and sell? is it as easy as that? i have never unlocked or jailbreaked my stuff, but i want to do it because it increases the market value of the phone apparently.
i've read that 3.1.2 on an iphone 3gs can be unlocked using blacksnow with the updated baseband 5.11.07.this Internet video shows it being done: if this is true, the 3.2.1 is unlock-able and usable for t-mobile.

i just bought a locked Iphone 3GS 3.1.3 bb 05.12.01 for cheap price from a friend who updated to 3.1.3 and failed to unlock it. so he sold it for chepar price and i thought that i can unlock this. and searched the net and got confused. some sites say its possible and some say its not. as its my 1st iphone , i am a bit noot about iphone. so could you experienced guys please tell me if its really possible to unlock 3.1.3 bb 05.12.01 or not? and it would be really appreciated if you could kindly guide me to sites which you use for unlocking, hacking iphone. i have been using android for last 6 months so hacking, updating isnt totally new thing to me.
