BB :: Unable To Setup Emails On Curve
Oct 11, 2011I have a curve 3g (9300) and am unable to setup emails on the device? It worked once but I wiped the phone to delete all the rubbish now when I enter the setup stage it says unable to connect to email servers? Is this a phone problem or is it due to the problems BB are having with there bbm and internet Going down?

Apr 28, 2011I have followed all online instructions, device instructions, spent an hour on the phone to Orange and a further hour to Sky emails - to no avail - neither are able to connect my device to my email account. Just about to throw it at the wall !Message received "The information you provided is incorrect. Retype your user name and password. Your user name and password are case sensitive."Have tried from my device and also through www.orange.blackberry.co.uk on my computer - following instructions on screen and from advisor over phone.Nothing is working - am stuck and paying for useless device!

You check the ones who want and it asks you to Verify the email by entering your password what I gladly did multiple times. Dec 8, 2014I got the iPhone 6 on launch day, setup Touch ID and it has been working flawlessly. Today, it wouldn't read any of my fingers. I went into settings and none of my fingerprints show up and when I touch any of the three "USE TOUCH ID FOR:" items (which currently are turned off (no green in the toggle) to try and turn it on for that service it goes to the Touch ID setup screen, but IMMEDIATELY goes to a second screen that says "Failed. Unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again."Â
I've tried restarting my iPhone a few times and still have this identical problem. How do I get Touch ID to start working again?

Sep 3, 2014i'm able to recieve emails but unable to send on my iPhone 4s. this only started to happen recently, i have not made any changes to my phone of any sort, this just suddenly started to happen.Â
i took the phone to apple store and all they did was to delete the email account and added it again but the problem is still there, so they said that i should contact my email provider (hotmail) which is microsoft. i am able to send emails using my MAC and other computers so contacting hotmail will not sort this issue.Â

Mar 17, 2012i updated my Iphone and IPAD2 to IOS 5.1 and my Godaddy IMAP email is not recieving emails on my apple devices or syncing with the Godaddy server. I've spent hours with Apple and Godaddy tech support and they point the finger at each other. Anyone else having a problem after this update? We've tried resetting the network, deleting and adding the email accounts, etc. This same problem occurs on the IPAD3 when I tested setting up the email account in the store today. Something is wrong with IOS 5.1.Godaddy tech emailed me saying that they're hearing the same problems with Yahoo and other users now.
