I had to get a new iphone 4S today because mine died for some reason, and I wasnt able to transfer anything over because the old one wouldnt even turn on. Anyhow, the guy at the apple store set-up icloud, but now I cant get email to go to my hotmail account. Why?

This problem is occurring since 15-NOV-2010. I'm using O2 service provider. i've called them and reported this problem. O2 service provider did all possible troubleshooting and they advices everything is ok on their side. They don't know why am I getting this message.not able to add an email or edit my existing email settings.

My iPhone "lost" the password to my email account. I tried reentering the password but no luck. Deleted account and reinstalled. Still said password was incorrect. I can log on to the account via the web so I know the log in is good and the account is working. I installed a daughter account on the phone and that went fine. Tried installing the troubled account on my iPad and got the same password incorrect. In addition I've done the following:Â
Called ISP tech support
Called Applecare
Gone to Genius Bar
Reset phone
Reset network settings
Restored phone from backup.
Checked for profiles
Made sure I was logged out of the account when installing
Checked settings in iCloud. email doesn't sync to cloud or computer.Â
Next thing to try is to see if I can get the account installed on an Android device.

Since upgrading iOS, every time I try to compose an email through mail I'm finding the screen "bounces" whilst typing. Also when I get below the level of my keypad I can no longer see what I'm typing. I try scrolling the screen up but as soon as I let go of the screen it returns to its previous position. The keypad no longer hides either so I can review more of the email at once. I've checked my gmail up and that still functions perfectly so feel it must be an iOS problem.

As of yesterday afternoon, I can no longer view the content of email on my iPhone. I can view it on my iPad and my iMac. When I open the email, there's no content.
