Jun 12, 2012My iphone was on and the next minute i looked and it had just turned itself off It had at least 50% battery when it went off I have tried to reset it using the lock button and home button this does not work I have also tried connecting it to Itunes yet the computer won't even recognise that it is even connected the computer Is there anything i can do or do i just need to take it in to a shop?

Jun 26, 2014II'm getting so impatient with my iphone 5, it started turning off randomly, then it started coming up with a damaged screen like a virus so I reset and erased the whole phone and it wouldn't turn back on, it's been off for 2 days now and the only thing it does is flash the apple symbol on the charger.
Do I get another phone or what? I've tried the hard reset as well.

I really don't want to restore it because I have 300+ pictures from vacation that have not yet been synced to my photo stream. I guess my question is is there anyway that I can kick my phone out of recovery mode long enough to get those photos in my stream without restoring it? I know there are programs on the Internet that claim to do this but I doubt they work.

Jun 29, 2012Last week my phone just turned off out of nowhere and after a whole night charging. when it turns on the apple logo appears and then it goes off again - even if still charging. when i conect it to my mac it says that i should conect to itunes. it stayed updating the softweare for nearly two hours, then i couldn't turn it on again, neither the apple logo appeared...i tried again and it didn't work because the itunes looks for an update and then says "unkown error (2001)"...i receted it millions of times with the home and power buttons, but nothing happened.
The most annoying thing is that I was in a technical assistance store and because my phone is out of warranty, I would have to send by mail to another city - paying $ 300.00 (!!!) in order to fix it. curiously my iphone's (3GS 16mb) invoice date is 22/06/2010 and (what about that?!) my cell phone crashed on last Thursday night ... (maybe midnight?) that day was ... 22/06/2012. coincidence?
