May 8, 2012iphone 4 stolen, bought used 3gs, took to att store and it turned on fine and they 'wiped' it and after that it became stuck in the silver apple symbol. there seemed to be nothing they could do. took it home, connected it to laptop's USB thing and both iTunes and computer does not recognize it. i've tried the simultaneous button, charged it, downloaded latest version of iTunes, restarted computer.

Jun 29, 2014I'm trying to get some apps but when i try to get in to apple store it says cant connect but I have an iPhone 5c!? even if I have full wifi it still says that it won't connect. Also I saw i had a missed FaceTime call and for some reason it needed my Apple ID password but I'm always in there and it never needs my password. So I type my password...... It doesn't work i do it again it doesn't work! So I reset my password, I type it.

My mac is set to never sleep, but when I activate it after long periods of inactivity I notice that my Wi-Fi has to reconnect. I'm assuming the wi-fi drops out while the mac is not in use (though itunes is still playing music), and I cannot connect via the Remote app.

Jun 26, 2014II'm getting so impatient with my iphone 5, it started turning off randomly, then it started coming up with a damaged screen like a virus so I reset and erased the whole phone and it wouldn't turn back on, it's been off for 2 days now and the only thing it does is flash the apple symbol on the charger.
Do I get another phone or what? I've tried the hard reset as well.

Jul 1, 2014My iPhone 5 is suddenly stuck in recovery mode. It won't turn on, the connect to iTunes logo just shows up. I really don't want to restore it because I have 300+ pictures from vacation that have not yet been synced to my photo stream. I guess my question is is there anyway that I can kick my phone out of recovery mode long enough to get those photos in my stream without restoring it? I know there are programs on the Internet that claim to do this but I doubt they work.
