Apr 2, 2012I have an iPhone 4 and I want to watch Blu-Ray movies from iTunes. Is there a program that is recommended by anyone that will convert the BD movies so they are veiwable on an iPhone? A friend of mine has an iPhone 4S and is wanting to do the same.

May 3, 2012I have a iphone 4 (not S) and have purchased movies on it. Just some Pixar shorts. I want to move these purchases to my computer so they are backed up, in other words, sync the other way. I have my phone/itunes set to manually manage music and movies because my music library on my computer would be too big for the phone and I don't want all my music on my phone anyway. Problem is, I can't just drag the movies from my phone to my itunes when the phone is plugged in, and when I choose "sync movies" I get a warning box that says:Are you sure you want to sync movies? All existing songs, movies and TV shows on the iPhone "dorothy's iPhone" will be removed and replaced with movies from your iTunes library.
I want to avoid this so I don't have to take the time to reload particular songs/albums that I've already put on the phone. Isn't there a way to transfer purchases you've made on your phone onto your computer without losing everything that's already on your phone? Is there a way to sync only movies? One would think so if you just checked the box, but the words "all existing songs, movies, and TV shows" make me too nervous to check the box.

I am successful connecting my device at my office computer using windows xp without any trouble.

IPhone :: Can't Apple Remote To ITunes When Using It As A Personal Hotspot
Apr 9, 2012My AT&T iPhone 4S is set up to be used as Personal Hotspot. So I turn HotSpot on and connect my MacBook Pro to my iPhone's internet just fine.
However, when I open Apple Remote app on the iPhone, it won't connect to iTunes on my MBP. I have set it up at home where both iPhone and MBP are connected to the wireless connection on the Apple Airport. It worked perfectly in that configuration.
I'm in a band that plays weddings and corporate events. During breaks, I use Apple iTunes to DJ tracks. If I can't use Remote, I'm tethered to the stage constantly. This is a big problem. I need the internet connection to buy songs that are requested that I don't already own. And I need to be able to control iTunes remotely for when I'm in the crowd running microphones from one person to another during speeches and such.

Apr 18, 2012every time i sync my iphone i uncheck the movies and it still says they are on my phone and taking up memory even though they are not checked. If i uncheck sync all movies so no movies sync my status bar still shows 2 movies on the phone. not sure what to do or how to get them off without deleting the movies permanently.

Jun 1, 2012I am connected to my iTunes and everything is syncing fine except I want to sync a couple of movies from my library but I get the "The iPhone XX is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?" error. Why am I getting this error only for trying to sync movies but everything else is syncing? IPhone :: Manually Sync'ing Movies
Apr 1, 2012I am a OSX 10.7.3 and iOS 5.1 user and am unclear about sync'ing movies and videos from my mac to my iPhone. I've done lots of this in the other direction but I'm trying this direction for the first time.
On the iTunes Summary tab I have selected Manually Manage Music and Videos. Now I want to select Sync Movies on the Movies tab but I get this message: "All existing songs, movies, and TV shows will be removed from your iPhone and replaced with movies from your iTunes library." I'm very confused by this message.
Why would iPhone songs be removed when I'm trying to sync movies? Any other words of advice would also be apprectiated.

Apr 15, 2012I've hooked everything up properly. Movies play just fine from my iPad2 but when I try and play a movie that I loaded onto my iPhone the tv just says "no signal". Movie plays fine on the phone itself. I even plugged phone into power source thinking maybe the phone didn't have enough power to play a movie on tv. Still "no signal". Aug 28, 2010Went out to the zoo today with my daughter and shot some great video on my iPhone 4, when I got home and synced my phone, iPhoto imported all the pictures and videos (which is fine), however I chose to delete everything off the camera roll. I decided to import all the videos to iTunes and sync them to both my iPhone and iPad, but now I realize that I can't edit, select or send these clips to my friends and relatives since they are not in the camera roll.
So I guess my questions are:
1. Is there a way to edit movies shot on the iPhone not in the camera roll (as per title)?
2. If not, is there a way to put the movies back on the roll (without jailbreaking)?
BTW, I did a search on this and found nothing helpful.
