Motorola :: Where To Get Movies To Watch On Droid?
Jan 4, 2010I have searched several threads and have not found an answer. I apologize in advance if I missed it somewhere.I downloaded that app. Aldiko. I would love to read books on this app. Where can I find epub files to rent that I could use on this? I have tried my local library online but there aren't many choices. Is there a site that I could pay a one time fee and download epub files? I even downloaded Calibre but again, unable to find the books in the format that is needed.
Next question, where can I get movies to watch on my Droid? I tried downloading Handbrake and tried to transfer my DVD to my phone but getting an error message.

Dec 16, 2013I just got my new HTC one and copied few films from my PC to check out quality. Quality is great but no sound coming out sound is definitely working because i can play music files and demo movie files.
Its not playing .mkv files it seems... no problem with mp4's. I guess they need to be converted thats all...or maybe theres a player that will play mkv files ?

Jan 21, 2010Sorry if this was asked before.I am trying to Convert some of my movies from avi to mp4 to play on the mobile and wish to ask you the following.What would be the optimal settings (of the following) for the 5530 with it's 360 x 640 pixels and 16:9 aspect ratio:
1) Video Size, should it be same as screen resolution or something like 320x240?
2) Frame rate, should it be 30 or is 15 good enough?
3) Should i set the aspect ratio to 16:9 or leave it intact?
4) Change the bitrate or leave it as it is?
I could leave them in avi but each of them ranges from 600 mb to 4 gb.I am looking for good to excellent video quality and average to small size.

Dec 17, 2015So lately I have not been getting hangout notifications and it's driving me nuts. I have it paired to my android wear watch and 80% of the time it works fine but other times I get text messages and nothing, no buzz, not even a notification in my task manager letting me know I have a unread message, totally blank. It's not until I go into hangouts and I see the bold text that I know I got a message. Even when not paired to the watch,same thing, no buzz, sound, notification icon, nothing until I open hangouts and see it.
Fully stock and on 6.0.1 as of a few days ago and still the problem.

Jul 22, 2015Before i switched to the s6 I was using an iphone 5s. I usually watch videos on chrome while laying on the bed so on my iphone i rotate the video to landscape and watch while the phone is portrait. Using the s6 was a bit different i had to use the phone 180 degrees so that the auto rotation wont disturb the video while watching it landcape on portrait.

Apr 18, 2012every time i sync my iphone i uncheck the movies and it still says they are on my phone and taking up memory even though they are not checked. If i uncheck sync all movies so no movies sync my status bar still shows 2 movies on the phone. not sure what to do or how to get them off without deleting the movies permanently.

Jun 1, 2012I am connected to my iTunes and everything is syncing fine except I want to sync a couple of movies from my library but I get the "The iPhone XX is synced with another iTunes library. Do you want to erase this iPhone and sync with this iTunes library?" error. Why am I getting this error only for trying to sync movies but everything else is syncing? I am using the same appleID that I used to purchase the movies.

Mar 22, 2012I record a movie with my iphone 4S. No problems there, I can watch them on the phone. I transfer them to iphoto 11 (v9.2.2) and they wont play. I hear the audio but I see a frozen screen. Now I drag the movies to my desktop and they play perfectly with quicktime. (When I transfer movies from my flip camera, they play in iphoto with no issues.) What to do to be able to watch iphone 4 movies in iphoto?
