I usually watch videos on chrome while laying on the bed so on my iphone i rotate the video to landscape and watch while the phone is portrait. Using the s6 was a bit different i had to use the phone 180 degrees so that the auto rotation wont disturb the video while watching it landcape on portrait.

It connected successfully, then began to work. I can get messages with the 360, but I don't get vibration notices like I should. The app is not blocked, and swiping down shows the message. WhatsApp, ESPN, and other notifications work as expected. What to check?

My question is: is there that big of a noticeable difference in quality between those and a $1.99 screen protector from Meritline?
I used the Incipio Feather on my 3GS, and used the screen protector included. It was clear; I had no trouble applying it; it didn't feel "orange peely" - it basically worked fine.
Does anyone have comparison pics (even on an old phone) that shows the diff between generic cheapo films, and the ones that cost 10x as much?

I have it paired to my android wear watch and 80% of the time it works fine but other times I get text messages and nothing, no buzz, not even a notification in my task manager letting me know I have a unread message, totally blank. It's not until I go into hangouts and I see the bold text that I know I got a message. Even when not paired to the watch,same thing, no buzz, sound, notification icon, nothing until I open hangouts and see it.
Fully stock and on 6.0.1 as of a few days ago and still the problem.

Aug 17, 2012I know this has probably been asked and answered a thousand times but...I recently took over ownership of a Galaxy 2 from someone else in the family and only use internet through wifi as I dont have data included in my tariff.However, I just saw on latest bill, I have a load of charges for data usage!I have done various searches and there seems to be lots of solutions but no DEFINITIVE one that i have read?The most obvious one I have read is to switch the data mode off from the power button. Another is to deactivate packet data in the network menu (I would have thought the first action would do the same?). I have done both but the charges still continue. I assume then that some apps are running in the background and accessing at random times?
So is what I am describing a normal 'feature' of the phone? Why is the phone allowing apps to override a very high level user setting???If this is the case, my searching has now left me baffled. I have read about downloading apps to switch the 3G connection off? Also I read I could set the phone to run on 2G?Does setting the phone on 2G affect any other functionality? I would like to use the phone for everything else eg wifi gps etc. I just dont want any non wifi internet data usage at all permanently!Lastly, I believe with the network internet connection, I cannot send or receive mms at all? I guess I will have to accept that.

We looked into sync' 2 Iphones but they kept robbing eachothers info.Apparently a pc log on is required for each Iphone,logging in to I tunes does not differentiate between users? Whilst that's ok for apps it's not so good for contacts,etc.Looking at Kies I can opt to sync' a lot better than the Itunes system,so I doubt if I'd have to sync' anything apart from updates to the firmware/software if I chose.
