My phone was connected by usb I run Sony PC Companion, windows explorer started and it was writen that SD Card 708MB Free and 3.65GB full, but I double clicked SD card and there was only two files; "customized-capability" and "default-capability". I have checked win explorer Folder Options, hide, unhide selection, do not affect. I am sure that the files are in my phone, I have check from my phone.Now, I could not transfer my pictures, files, movies from my computer.

If i uncheck sync all movies so no movies sync my status bar still shows 2 movies on the phone. not sure what to do or how to get them off without deleting the movies permanently.

Jun 1, 2012I am connected to my iTunes and everything is syncing fine except I want to sync a couple of movies from my library but I get the "The iPhone XX is synced with another iTunes library. I've checked the iPhoto help, and it says to go to turn on photo stream on my iMac. To do that I've got to open system preferences and click iCloud ... only problem is that iCloud isn't in my system preferences list. There's Mobile Me ... but no iCloud.
I'm using Lion (Mac OS X version 10.6.8) - i've just done all the system updates too.
Can anyone recommend what I can do to get iCloud on my iMac?

Jun 19, 2014When I use iTunes (11.2.2) to back up my iPhone 5c IOS 7.1.1 to my iMac running Snow Leopard (10.6.8), I get a pop up alert saying there is not enough free space on this computer. There's close to 100GB of free space on my hard drive, is this an issue that's related to Snow Leopard? I'd rather not update my OS since I'm running an older version of Logic, which could very well become compromised if I update to Mavericks etc. Is there a folder or a file I can delete to stop this?
