Oct 5, 2011I'm getting some problems when i get calls on my phone. It doesn't show the number from address book rather display the number as an unknown number. And then if i try to check the call history, it doesn't show up, instead it shows all the contacts from address book. I'm getting this problem quite frequently now, like 2-3 times a day and need to reboot the device in order to see my call history.

When I look afterwards in the received calls call history, the name is there again.It is not all the time, one hour later the name might be mentioned again. A very annoying problem.This problem occurs at the sames time with the problem that I have connecting via Bluetooth with my car. The call history is not shown properly. I see a blur of digits eg: 496496496........instead of names and real telephonenumbers.

My incoming calls used to show this perfectly clear contact picture and name when I got a call, now the picture is all blurry or something.
I think some of it may be all the new options there are now at the bottom of the call screen. It looks like the photos are stretched or someting.

Text messages are only being received when i switch the phone off then on again they come through. Also, if i have missed a call and hit the log or - show missed calls button, the phone says no missed calls/ no information.Has anyone else experienced this problem and know of a fix?

I have vibrate on text message receipt turned on. My phone will vibrate indicating I have received a message but there is nothing in the notification bar or in the list of text messages. I know that it is a failure to receive because I often text people asking them if they just texted me and I almost always find who it was. They resend and I get it. I can't seem to find a trend as to what the root cause may be. Is this a known issue that is expected to get addressed in one of the upcoming patches or do I need to report it to Motorola to look into?
