Checked all my settings and volume!! Phone still does not ring, this is happening since i reset my iphone and used my ipod touch backup as a restore. I have since reset my phone as a new iphone but the iphone still doesnt ring when called (even after making sure the settings where correct and the volume was up!)

First off I KNOW it is not on silent.
I was adding a custom ringtone and accidentally edited vibrate and hit replace all.Now it no longer rings on any profile.and yes i did change it so it plays a ringtone again, and nothing.I even restored the profiles to yesterdays backup.and nothing works.
Been a happy Sprint user since 2005 and have used various dumb phones and smartphones. The Photon is my 3rd Android.I have noticed that each phone , whether smartphone or not, has the same issue that has caused me to miss incoming phone calls here and there - the caller dials my number and hears several rings before my phone actually starts ringing. The phone goes to voicemail before I have the opportunity to answer the phone.The solution for my phones has always been to adjust the Slot Cycle index from the default setting of 2 to the setting of 0. This causes the phone to poll towers more frequently, thus the phone is more quickly aware of a new incoming call. The only negative implication is that the phone goes through battery a bit more quickly during the day...but it's really only a tiny difference. I've done this on my phones, on my spouse's phones, my mom's phone, etc.
Since the Photon's battery life is so much better than my prior phone (EVO 4G) I am very comfortable in adjusting the Slot Cycle index, so I obtained my MSL from Sprint and attempted the adjustment by going to the Dialer:##DATA# ->tap green Dial icon -> to the Data Settings menu...tap Advanced->From there you can see that the Slotted Index is set to 2. So I wanted to change the setting but can't get to it from Menu->Edit->enter MSL code->VerifyI called Sprint about this issue, and in the past they have helped me to change the setting. I have called more than once and have been dealing with the more advanced Tech Support team. No one at Sprint can figure out how to adjust this setting on the Photon.
So there has been a lot of discussion about the next iPhone being called the 4 or HD or 4G or whatever.Does anyone else think that it may be called something else entirely... Like X or XL.

In my project the tabs which are not under more section are properly responding to orientation but the tabs present under the more section are not responding.For example if I am having two tabs names tab1 and tab2 under more section and if I am putting break point at the "shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation" method of each tab.After that when if I am selecting tab1 from more section and tries to rotate it but the "shouldAutorotateToInterfaceOrientation" of the tab2 gets called.The delagate method of the tab which I am selecting is not getting called.I am working on XCode Ver 4.3.2. I just got off the phone with my local Apple store here in New York and asked them if my reserved iPhone 4 would still be there when I get out of work at 4 to pick it up.He told me to call back on Wednesday to make sure that they are not releasing reservations, but he thinks it will be held for me. He said that they're not sure if they are going to be releasing reserved phones to customers.In my opinion, them releasing reserved phones to the public is pretty crappy and doubt it will happen, but you never know. Call your local Apple store and see know what they say. We're probably going to get different stories.

This app is called " Drag Racing" I download it and is free,however my 3 year old son was playing with it and I couldn't get it started and thought I have to purchase this points in order to play the race.And didn't know he accidently press on it couple times since the racing game didn't show up, and I ended up found out we were just purchasing the points.Is there any way you can remove the points and give me a refund?I often buy apps for my son, and this is the first time I made a mistake.
