Apr 8, 2012Checked all my settings and volume!! Phone still does not ring, this is happening since i reset my iphone and used my ipod touch backup as a restore. Jun 21, 2010I just got off the phone with my local Apple store here in New York and asked them if my reserved iPhone 4 would still be there when I get out of work at 4 to pick it up.He told me to call back on Wednesday to make sure that they are not releasing reservations, but he thinks it will be held for me. He said that they're not sure if they are going to be releasing reserved phones to customers.In my opinion, them releasing reserved phones to the public is pretty crappy and doubt it will happen, but you never know. Call your local Apple store and see know what they say. We're probably going to get different stories.

Hey guys just got off the phone with a rep who was real nice. I explained to him I already bought a bumper for the signal issue and that anything they could do would be appreciated. I was put on hold and about 10 minutes later a supervisor came back on the phone and said that they would like to offer me a product from the apple store as compensation. He said that I would have to pick out something in the $75 price range, so I decided to pick the in ear headphones.
I think the biggest thing was that I was very polite and told them how much I have enjoyed the products over the years and that I was just a little annoyed with having to purchase a case to fix the issue.
Overall I'm really impressed and the people I talked to were great. I'll post my e-mail from Apple when I receive it as proof.EDIT: He also told me that another person would be calling either Monday or Tuesday to follow up on the issue.So yeah for those who didn't believe me here is proof.

Sep 4, 2014Today I noticed an issue with my Reminder app on my IPhone 5s. Using OS 7.1.2. I called Apple, and the tech didn't know what he was doing and just trying different things.The reminder app will not let me set a date and time for reminder. Finally, senior advisor insisted the Reminder App was updated with the new update of IOS September/October 2013. Not true, the issue just started about 5 days ago August 31,2014. Now there is an additional reminder line for reminder entries that I have to use and have to transfer all my reminders manually from the other part of the app. The feature does exist; if I try to set a date and time for the reminder it appears for 1-2 seconds and then disappears.
