IPhone :: Space Out The Music Control Buttons On The Lock Screen?
Mar 30, 2012I am constantly pressing the rewind or fast forward button when trying to pause or play the audio by using the controls on the lock screen. I normally listen to audio podcasts or audio books, and these are usually 2 hours plus long. When you hit the FFW button it's not a big issue and it will retain it's place, but if you are in the middle of an 11 hour audio book and you hit the rewind button it takes you all the way back to the beginning. That works properly, but I am constantly hitting the RWD or FFW button because they are so close to the play button.

Sep 11, 2011I don't want to prevent xoom from going black after inactivity but I use it at my office to play music and I don't like having to unlock it each time I want to skip a song or change volume or pause it. How you deal with this screen lock and if there a music player better to deal with the lock on the xoom (I'm using the default android 3.1 player). Also not all my mp3 have good identifier so to be able to find them to play, I would like to have a folder browser list to play folders. What players you recommend for this scenario?

Apr 24, 2010I use nokia 5230. after I updated from 12.0.089 to 20.0.005. I feel better on dragging menu icon, faster and wider screen web browser, more stable music player. but I found some bugs that:
1. When I opened web browser for 3-4 pages with music player and then went to menu(all programs still opened) screen still show contact bar and menu's icons didn't showed.
2. Programs installer are much time freezes if open after downloaded from web browser immediately.
3. Sometime menu icons don't responded espectially specially the Application icon and Log icon
4. Phone lock slide bar sometime vibrate agaist the slide but sometime not.

I will see upcoming events on all the calendars which tends to leave the calendars I want to see in Notifications lost in the noise of too much information. Is there a way to control which celendars' upcoming events show up in Notifications and which do not?

I have rebooted, & pulled battery. I have left the battery out for a time. I tried a different battery.With the desktop software I have restored a previous back up, i can do a current back up & see what apps are installed, as well.All with no change.

May 26, 2015I have Z2 with latest 5.0 build (28). 1-2 days since i updated my phone, camera app stopped working. I open it and it's just a black screen with control buttons. It doesn't  make pictures. I tried to reset my phone with PCC, but problem stayed. I downloaded other camera apps from Play Market and they also didn't work, then i turned off stock camera app (in settings) and other camera apps worked fine. When i turn stock camera app back it works for some hours and then again black screen.

May 29, 2012My iphone 4 screen wont light up. I press the power button and it just flashes and shows me the screen. But the phone is on. The screen is completely black though. the person i got it from replaced the battery saying it was the battery that was causing the issue. Then it happened again. And someone recently said it was the new battery that was the problem. it could be fake or a bad battery bought off of ebay. which is where i bought the iphone from. So maybe the person bought the battery off ebay as well. But to summarize my issue. I push the power button and it flashes the lock screen. if i push it again nothing happens, because thats when the screen is supposed to shut down so you can save battery life like it normally does. But pushing it to show the screen only makes it flash, it doesnt stay lit. could the battery affect it like this? should I buy a new one and try it out? if so, does any one know of a genuine battery I can buy? one that wouldnt fail me?

Jun 1, 2012I just receently undated my iphone and restored it although I lost all of my pictures and contacts. Now when I use the phone and it goes in lock after I'm not using it I cant get to see the unlock screen by pressing the home key. The screen just goes black and stays black. The only way I can get it to come back on it by pressing and holding the two buttons the one time for about 30 seconds.

It would be so much easier to do that as a shortcut, rather than having to go to settings etc every time to turn it on and then back again to turn rotation off.requently I want the screen to rotate for just a couple of images, and then flip it back to static.
