Just updated the software on my iphone 4, and it now has the nifty icon for the camera on the scroll bar. Excellent feature, as described by other forums users, BUT, is anyone else concerned that it also gives complete access to all the photos on the phone as well. As well, as the ability to delete photos.

Everytime i take a photo it takes the photo and you can see the photo going down into the box on the left but when you tey to veiw it it shows that there is nothing there. Also if i just try to go into my photos from the home screen it wont let me it goes into it for 1 second then just returns to the home screen.This is just a new replacement phone about one month old but the phone i had before this one had also started doing it before i got it replaced via insurance witch is what makes me think its obviously something iv done but i cant figure out

I have 15GB of storage on the iCloud and am wondering:
1) Once they are on the Cloud, can I delete them from my iPhone or does that delete the image?Â
2) How do I access the cloud for my photos (esp. with a PC)?
I downloaded the IOS5 software in the middle of October when the upgrade came out. I backed up everything then. When the new 5.0.1 upgrade came out and I downloaded it last week, I got everything back except for my photos that I took from the middle of October to when I downloaded 5.0.1 last week. how to get the photos lost during this time back? I apologize if this has been answered already and I just haven't found it...I have tried a few things from other posts but have not been successful so far.

My iPhone 5S, less than a year old, began locking up last night. I cannot do an update, access iCloud, photos, app store updates, and sometimes even the phone. Once I click on it it doesn't let me go any further. It will let me hit the home button and back out to the home screen, but nothing else.

How can I ensure they are deleted permanently? I upgraded my motorola click to android 2.1 based on the instructions provided through motorola's web page. I checked all faqs and troubleshooting and have not reached a solution. After the phone restarted I was instructed to log back in to motoblur and now it is saying "the account does not exist on the blur service". It is also saying that when I try to retrieve my password from the motoblur portal. I know I have the right email address for my motoblur ID, but it appears my account has just disappeared. I haven't tried calling anyone yet because I know I will get passed around back and forth from Tmobile to Motorola. It seems there is no way to retrieve a lost id in case I have the wrong one. I did however go into the phone before I did the upgrade and verify that the motorola blur id was the email address I thought it was.

Usually, such files are accessible by plugging it to a computer, with the phone either set to PC Suite or Mass Storage Mode.That was before. Now I can't. She is getting a replacement phone but wants to retrieve her photos from her old phone. I have tried installing samsung kies but I cannot access anything as she has a passcode on the phone. All the button still light up but the screen just doesnt respond and is constantly black. She also doesn't know her password anymore since she never had to use that again. I know it is possible to recover the phone but then it will also remove all the photos.
I tried connecting the phone to the computer, it shows a folder named Galaxy S6 but I can't acces it (the phone says unlock phone to view content)
She only wants the photo's once they are back she can reset the phone.
Why did I lose the ability to email photos when I "upgraded" to the latest Firmware? After I take a photo, I am offered options to send via Multimedia, Bluetooth or Post to Web. I used to be able to email too.

I'm saving all my photos on Google backup in order to preserve storage on my device. And in some apps (like Line), I am able to send pics directly from the online storage, but with Messenger it can't access any photos unless they are saved to the device (local storage).
Is there a way to get around this? Or do I have to manually "download" any photos I want to send prior to sending a mms?
I'm running Android 6.0.1. The phone was used, but it had a factory reset when I bought it, so I don't think there's anything funky going on with 3rd party apps.
I was wondering if anyone else ran into this difficulty ... I just updated the Blackberry Desktop Software, and thank goodness it's stopped using Roxio bloatware to transfer my photos off of my phone (Pearl 8110). Unfortunately, the new MediaSync doesn't sync with the internal memory of my phone, so it appears that my photos are stranded for the moment. I was wondering if anyone else had run into this problem, and what solution you would recommend. I looked through the technical support docs, and I don't think I found anything that fits this.
1) Do I have to find an older version of the Blackberry Desktop software, transfer the photos, then upgrade again to the newest version with Media Sync and purchase a microSD card?
2) If I purchased a microSD card and installed it, would directing the camera to store on the microSD card automatically move over the photos I've already taken?

Troubleshooting steps performed:
Force quit Photos
Cleared Cache + Data in the Photos app
Uninstalled Photos updates (App will not run unless updated)
Cleared Google Services Cache (Read about it on the internet)
Cleared dalvik-cache (Why not?)
Restarted device (like a boss)
Booted into Safe Mode (Power>hold Power Off>Press OK) = same results

To prevent abroad fees for voice calls, I am planning on leaving the phone on AIRPLANE MODE 'ON' with WIFI 'ON' (along with CELLULAR DATA 'OFF' just in case) and make my calls with Skype when I find a Wifi. If I understand correctly, it's OK so far...?
However if I received a call, I guess it will go in my voice mail? Will I a receive a Voice Message notification...? and how? Could I listen to the message through wifi or must I turn back the cellular service on (AIRPLANE MODE 'OFF'), which I would not want to do...

My current situation:
I am on a family plan with a total of two lines. My line is not eligible until 7/23, so all I can get is "early upgrade pricing". My mom's line is currently eligible for "full upgrade pricing". I am planning on using my mom's upgrade to get an iPhone 4. I want to preorder the phone from Apple.com on the 15th, and hopefully receive it the afternoon of the 24th. From my understanding, the microSIM that ships with the phone will be programmed for the line whose upgrade was used. However, the iPhone Upgrade Guide makes it sound like I can call AT&T once I receive the phone (and before I activate it), and have AT&T switch the microSIM from my mom's line to mine. Is this possible?
