Oct 11, 2013So, I accidentally renamed the folder on my phone (thinking it was on the desktop folder I just copied over) and windows explorer crashed in the process. Now when I go to galleries on my phone, there are error signs on some of the images. When I try and go back to the DCIM folder, the folder I renamed (as well as the 100Media folder where it stored all my pictures) is gone. Is there any way to get it back?

Mar 19, 2012What I finding is happening is that images (captured with the camera in the DCIM folder) and MP3s are being removed and placed into the LOST.DIR folder of the SD Card (internal memory isn't a problem). For example, the most recent occurrence was where by I copied on 4GB of music onto the phone and then a short time later after disconnecting the USB cable, I found that quite a number (2.7GB) of the files disappeared into the LOST.DIR folder.
I verified that the files were the orignal MP3's by changing the extension of the files to .mp3 and was able to play the file. Other times I've taken a photo with the camera and saved the JPG on the SD card, a few days later the file disappeared. The problem has occurred on Android version 2.3.5 and even now after updating to 2.3.6. I don't have any 3rd party music or photo apps. The SD Card is a 32GB Kingston class 10 card which I formatted in the phone before copying any data to it.

Aug 29, 2015I have a droid turbo. When i throw my music into my music folder that appears after plugging my phone into the computer, i cant find it on my phone. I will either put MP3s directly into the "music" folder, or i will create another folder within the music player, name it after the band or album, and then put the mp3s into that newly created folder. Then upon rebooting my phone, the music doesn't appear in the music player application. Though if i do put music into my "downloads" folder i am able to find it, though with this method i am unable to organize the music at all.

Jul 21, 2010I have been informed that when I send an email with an attachment (whether its "attach file" or "send picture as email") the attachment is not on the recipients email.
I have tried emailing myself pictures from my camera to save on my laptop, and there is just no attachment on Outlook! I have logged into my gmail on web browser too, and still no attachment.
Does anyone know how to resolve this, i have tried selecting the size as "small" when prompted to see if that makes a difference.
I recently set up a new email address, i cant remember ever having problems before doing this.
