everytime i try to sync my phone it says it cannot be synced because the sync session failed to finish...and i was wondering if i restored it will i loose the phone company data and sim card information? or just the contacts and other data.

I turned my phone off and when i tried to turn it back on the apple logo came on. Then I kept trying and finally it told me to connect to itunes, and then itunes told me i need to restore my phone to use it with itunes. Will i lose all my photos and videos if i restore it? If i will, what can i do so i won't lose them because the majority of the photos and videos on my phone have not been transferred to my computer!!

The app I have problem with is Find My Friends. I updated my phone (iphone 4) just a week ago to the newest version. After the update, Find My Friends worked as usual. But just 2 days ago when I was trying to launch the app and typed in my password, the app suddenly quit. I tried to restart the phone but the app just never work again :s Some people say delete the app and reinstall it. But I am afraid I have to send request to everyone again! (I installed the app on my BF phone without him knowing.)

I'm constantly battling low internal drive space on my Tab S (I'll NEVER buy another 16GB internal drive device), but this question should also pertain to my S6.
When I go into my "Storage" settings, I have the option to clear my cache with one click. I'd like to use this function to clear off my cached browsing, imgur, etc., but my concern is my games.
1) If I clear the cache, will I lose my saved game data?

Love the phone and very happy that I moved to it. The last thing I need is to find a way to move my Tribez app with the game data to my new HTC ONE. I have not had any success looking in the Play Store for a backup and restore utility that work on both devices and also move the app data with the app.

The phone was on Android 4.4.2 when I used the Backup & Restore application to backup my System apps data, and some of my Downloaded apps with data. I had to upgrade to 4.4.4. I think it was a mistake that I didn't make a backup on 4.4.4 as well. Now I've upgraded to 5.0, and all of my apps & settings were kept, but I wanted to start clean, so I did a factory reset.

Now when I'm trying to use the Backup & Restore app again to Restore the backup file I made on 4.4.2, a window pops up saying "Cannot restore, Selected backup records cannot be used due to incompatible software versions. Please select a more recent backup file."
I recently sent in my Xperia Z2 because of a mechanical problem. So like I was told, I saved my data, so I wouldn't lose any data. But now I tried to restore my saved data but it won't work somehow because it tells me, that I have the wrong device connected, although I do have the right device connected.

I can still make calls, but the data connection is gone until I restart the phone.WiFi will still be able to connect.If bluetooth is not turned on, the data connection is fine, both 3G and 4G and wifi.

It'll give me the launch screen, and then immediately crash.So I think I need to uninstall the app, and then reinstall it. But I don't want to lose the data I have on it. I don't need to do a full iPhone restore; that would be overkill. Is there a way to restore a single app's data without doing a full iPhone restore?I have my iPhone backed up to both iCloud and my computer, and I have the backup on iCloud set to back this app up specifically.Also: the app's developers are very slow to respond to these types of requests/issues, so I don't feel that that is a viable path.
