Jun 16, 2012I recently changed my username n password. Now that I'm trying to update my apps, it still default at my old username. How can I change it to new username?

Apr 19, 2012No matter what I do in setting up my primary account on my iphone it keeps telling me my username and/or password is incorrect. I'm 100% sure it's correct. The account was working perfectly and nothing changed. I still use the email on my desk top so I know it is valid. It may even fetch the mail occasionally.

Apr 28, 2012When I try to update apps on my iPhone I am being prompted for my Apple ID password. Above the field for entering the password it is displaying my username. However - and this is where this gets a bit odd - Apple some time ago started (I believe) using email addresses instead of usernames for log-ins on the iTunes store, for Apple website log-ins etc. When I enter my password it is rejected. How do I remove the username and enter the correct combination of email address and password.

Jun 5, 2014So I have moved into a new apartment, and when my iPhone finds the router and tries to log on, it asks for a username AND a password. When I use my Macbook, it just asks for a password, which I enter and get no further problems with. Â
I have tried entering the router's details manually using the 'Other' feature in the Wifi settings, and still cannot log on (either with WPA or WPA2).Â

I know this is false because I simply wait and the problem goes away. Only this time, it's been 24 hours now and it still thinks its the wrong username and/or password. In the meantime, I'm able to use that username and password on my laptop with no problems. I've tried deleting the account on my phone and adding it again, but it still thinks incorrect username and/or password.

I enter the e-mail address originally used and the correct password but it says it doesn't recognise this. I have also tried to re-set the password but it says it is sending me an e-mail to do this but it never comes. What can she do to get her login details back so she can fix her phone? I was thinking we go to the Apple Store and give them some details about the account such as the address used, security questions and date of birth used on the account but i'm not sure if that works.
