Jun 10, 2014I just bought the new Z2, it was great until I can't sync or back up my data to my laptop. My laptop is using Window 7 and I have updated the phone to 17.1.1.A0.402 version. Beside that I also updated the Sony PC Companion, yet nothing can I do to sync or back up to my laptop even y using wifi or usb cable (original from the box). My laptop also can't detect the Z2 device too.

My parents i-phones will connect to my laptop and connect to itunes on my laptop (An ASUS) but mine wont do anything on my laptop. I downloaded the new itunes and it still didnt work, so i unistalledand deleted and I am redownloading it right now

May 16, 2012Iphone 3GS doesn't charge when I connect it to a network adapter or to a laptop. Only ocassionally, it gets connected indicating charging but it is unsystematic. The chargers I tried with work perfectly with others iPhones. If it may help, my iPhone was dropped couple of times. Also from my observations, I think sometimes the iPhone might charge while it shows no charging.

all updates to both phone and pc are current,phone is on PfD and current (8.1.1)laptop is windows 8.1 pro.have tried phone on another laptop with same result.have tried son's phone, also a 1520 with PfD and 8.1.1.his phone connects with no issues.is it possible i am missing something? a driver from phone, maybe?
i need to be able to connect phone to laptop. shortof a hard reset and unenrolling in PfD, what are my options.also can't send in for warranty, as this is primary device and no spare windows phone in home.

Jun 15, 2012If my Atrix 2 dies and I use to USB cable to connect it to my laptop, it will not charge or turn on. The notification light turns white and stays constant. If I plug it into the wall it charges so I know the phone is not broken. I have tried holding down the power button, power ad volume down, power and volume up, power and camera....If I plug it in while still alive and choose the USB function as "charge only" it will charge, but no other time. Does it always have to be "charge only"? I cannot charge and look at files at the same time?

Aug 23, 2014I can't find the answer why my iphone 4s got stuck in recovery mode. I think the only thing to fix this is thru iTunes but my PC can't detect it. My iphone 3g and 4 can detect but the 4s can't? I already checked the device manager but the apple mobile device driver doesn't show up for iphone 4s. I reinstall iTunes for how many times but still no luck. Â

Apr 8, 2012I've been trying to connect my iphone to my macbook but it just would'nt be detected. I have tried different cables and computers but my iphone is still undetectable. It pretty clear that its my phone that has an issue rather than my computer. Also, i was using a rather loose usb cable and it frequently detaches itself from the phone with slight movement. When it happens, ill receive some error message for unplugging incorrectly, is that a possible cause for this and what will be the solution for that?
