How do I stop my photostream from automatically opening (in iPhoto, Image Capture, etc.) when ever i connect my iPhone 5s to a computer? These things are private, and shouldn't pop up when ever I plug my phone into my workcomputer (to recharge), my moms PC og my girlfriends macbook..
It does it even when I have the phonelock activated.
since my lock button broke (currently sorting this out with insurance) i havnt been able to screenshot anything. i have browsed the app store and couldnt find anything. i was wondering if anyone knew of any on the app store as i havnt jailbroken.

View 16 Replies View RelatedBasically I'm having some issues with my HTC Sensation, and I was just wondering if it was a common problem or if it's completely unheard of. What's happening is that whenever I press the home button on the bottom of the handset, it will take a screen capture (even when I don't press the lock button). It's kinda tempremental, however it's doing it about 3 times a day...and the only way to stop it is by restarting the phone!I have done a factory reset on the phone and updated all its software but that hasen't seemed to in the slightest.
View 9 Replies View RelatedWhenever I try to take a picture in low light example of a candle or a bulb I see a dot in my field of view which moves as i move my phone. It becomes worse when I try to capture multiple lights say for example an array of LEDs. It is very irritating to find something like this on snaps taken by such a good camera phone. What can be done about it? As you can see in images attached just above the switch board on wall in 1st and 3rd image and on edge of cupboard in a close up shot in 2nd image.

THe capture key is only key that I could use to capture an image on my phone. Now I can't use the camera of my phone anymore. View 1 Replies View Relatedso over the weekend, while I was away from home, the home button on my iPhone 4 stopped working. It happened suddenly, and the only preceding events I can think of were that (1) we had heavy rain but I kept the phone in my pocket and neither my pocket nor the phone were wet when I took it out after the rain had passed (2) I downloaded the F1 timing app which initially had some crashing issues. I'm not sure if either of these contributed but it's possible.While the home button wouldn't work at all when pressed, I found that the voice control was starting automatically (and calling my contacts without me knowing). This would suggest a long press of the home button I think however I couldn't replicate it with the button. To avoid calling more contacts from my pocket I turned the phone off but it turned itself straight back on and always went straight to voice control after starting up. I finally got around this by leaving the phone on flight mode while not in use. I also found the accessibility setting to have an on-screen home button which made the phone slightly usable but not ideal.
When I charged the phone that evening it came up with the recovery screen requesting that I plug into iTunes. As I was away and without my laptop I was not able to do this but got through the weekend by cancelling lots of voice control pop ups and a lot of flight mode use. Now I'm home I have connected to iTunes and a restore was required. I followed this right through, the restore completes and when it reconnects to iTunes it says it needs to restore again. At this stage I can unplug it, turn it off and on again and use it.If it's turned on while unplugged it will start ok and then can be connected to iTunes and synced but the voice control will still start automatically after turning on and the home button does not work at all.If it's turned on while plugged in it will be in recovery mode and request a restore again.

I have a very peculiar issue with my 920. The phone sometimes does not lock when I press the power button. That time, it does not even get locked automatically. I always reboot when it does that; was even about to return the fone coz of this but no device is perfect.

Then(and more of a problem!) in the last couple of days my daughter can't even login, as soon as she tries to put her password in it errors straight away and says password incorrect after she has only put in one letter.

If i touch the back the button it works and both the lights on the side buttons work.

I lost my hundreds of precious photos taken during my vacation during the import process using Image Capture. Â
I took hundreds of photos in my iphone 5s during my vacation. I came back and haven't started the iphone backup yet which was my first mistake. I then used Image Capture in my MacBook Pro to transfer the photos from 5s camera roll to a folder in my macbook. I checked the option "Delete After Import" which was my second mistake!Â
During the transfer, it successfully transferred some of the photos but over half of them were not. There was errors after the import process so those error out pictures were not found neither in my Macbook nor in my iphone.Â
I tried different recovery tool to scan my iphone or my macbook but still no luck.Â

My buttons seemed to have stopped working properly. In order to adjust the volume using the side button, I have to shut down the phone and then restart it. It will work for a while and then stops working and I have to go thru the process again. The home button just works whenever it wants. It doesn't fix the problem when I restart the phone. I can slide my finger in a circle around the button and it still doesn't work.
