May 28, 2012I know that at the bottom, one is a mic and one is a speaker, but, When I plug my headphones in to my iPhone 4S, only one headphone works. I thought it was the headphones, but when I plugged it into my radio at home (iHome type thing), It still only played music out of one speaker.

Aug 26, 2014When trying to FaceTime with my iPhone 5, the rear camera continually moves from focus to out-of-focus. I'm FaceTiming with absolutely mad because the picture moves from blurry to clear almost constantly.
I had to replace my first iPhone 5 after only 15 months because the rear camera couldn't auto-focus anymore (a well-documented problem), and I had to pay for a replacement phone. Now after only 5 months with the replacement iPhone 5 I received from Apple it seems like I'm having more issues with the rear camera.

Apr 18, 2010I dropped my phone (n85) and found out that my phone's capture key was detached and missing. Its so tiny and I can't find it anymore! THe capture key is only key that I could use to capture an image on my phone. Now I can't use the camera of my phone anymore. Is there any other key or way so I could still capture an image on my phone?or do i have to buy that tiny spare part just so i can still use the camera of my phone?

Oct 25, 2014For some reason today when i opened up my camera to take a few shots it had problem auto focusing on items close to me, as you know when you tap the screen to focus on a point in the screen you get the circle and a small beep to let you know it's focusing ok, it seemed to have problems getting to this point and there was an audible high pitched buzzing or clicking sound coming from the lens itself and the screen image would not come into focus
the phone has not been dropped or roughly handled so i am 100% sure it's not an issue caused by being knocked, i have tried a reset and a reboot but the issue still remains, also i have done no recent updates and there are none showing so that's not the issue either

Dec 2, 2014Sometime over the last few weeks, I noticed one side of my headphones was dramatically quieter than the other on my iPhone 4S. I cannot figure out how to make each side play at the same volume again. I have not made any changes, but I feel it might have coincided with one of the iOS 8 (8.1, 8.1.1) installs. Here is what I have tested:Â
It is not the headphones because:
I have tested other sets of headphones and they have the same problemÂ
It is not the jack because:
I plugged in my aux jack cord to connect my phone through the jack to my car. Using the cord in my car did not produce the same audio imbalance. Both sides were of equal volumeÂ
It is not the L/R slider because:
I checked the Settings>General>Accessibility slider and it is right in the middle of the L/RÂ

Jul 2, 2014I have an iPhone 5 64 gig gsm, factory unlocked phone. Siri only works with headphones or when you use raise to speak. When I attempt to use it without it doesn't seem to hear me. I read a few threads on the subject and it seems this is a known issue. Most of the time the threads end when someone finds a solution without the solution being disclosed. Apps like Soundhound and Shazam seem to work fine so it appears the issue is software related. I have notice Apple texting does not work with the mic either.Â
