I accepted the update for ios and now my phone is going from black screen to apple screen. I have tried turning it off and holding both buttons NOTHING! I also hooked it up to my computer and went onto iTunes and it does not show as a devise?

My iPhone 5 just had a white screen with a black apple on it. I have seen the reverse before (black screen with white apple), but not a black apple. Is this bad? It seems to be working ok now, but it was not working at all before the apple appeared.

I turned the phone off so I can turn it back on. It took a long time to turn off and then the apple logo would stay on for about 40 seconds and go to a black screen. I could see the phone was on but the screen was just black. I plugged my phone into my computer and it says i must restore it but I really cannot lose my content on my phone. What should I do?

I was updating my Iphone 5 to the new update and left it plugged in to finish the update. When I came back it was stuck on the white loading screen and a message on the computer said iTunes could not connect to the Iphone because it was locked with a passcode and wants me to enter the passcode. However I cannot enter the passcode because the phone won't let me. I cannot get the iphone to shut off or restart as my top button hasn't been very responsive lately.

My 3 months old iphone 5c screen suddenly turns black with the white Apple logo for a few seconds then returns to normal almost everyday especially while playing game like Dead Trigger 2 or while using the camera and sometimes while browing the web and after disconnected the call. The problem started since last week the screen just shows a sign connect to itune, after several attempts i succeed to restore it. Since then this problem occurred, the first time it happened the screen just black and I tried to switch on the phone but it doesn't not on and when I pressed the home button and the power button then the phone switch on.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have updated my iPhone 4 from iOS 5.0.1 to 5.1. The screen went black and start vibrating, I couldn't restore or have it hard reset. I let it vibrating for 4 hours until the battery went off. Then I used the restore through iTunes (lock+home keys for 10 sec then only home key) and manage to restore the phone with iOS 5.1 (not 5.0.1 that was the initial iOS - I don't know how it did that since i factory reset it. The problem now is that I got a big rectangle (75% of the screen) in the middle of the screen that flicks all the time (when the screen is black you can see the rectangle in the middle of the screen as grey). The phone is brand new, I just activated it today.

I have tried and tried to reset my Apple ID and password and on each web page (under Itunes) it has shown that the information was completely reset and no problems were noticed. When I have put this information into my iphone 4 in order to download my (now 35) updates, the phone says that the password is not correct. I waited 15 mins and it still didnt do anything, so I pulled the battery out but it didnt work.The screen is working, as I can still see the dead pixel that was there beforehand, however it just black, with the one dead pixel.I tried downgrading it after the the firmware below (I'm not sure what it was originally on) but that didnt work either.
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have a question: I recently my Xperia mini pro (the internal name is K17) get back from a repair process. In this mechanical keyboard is repaired, the way the phone is about 5 months old. After I get back the phone, I've been updating it with PC Companion to the latest Android 4 ICS, which is offered by SE here in Germany. After the update I now have the problem that the phone at least once a day, usually several times the system or maybe the screen seems to freeze. Mostly it reacts no more (the screen stays black), sometimes you can press the power button and the lights of the back and menu button lights up (the screen is still black). Only removing the battery bring the phone back to work again. After a quick phone call to the Supporthotline from SE I performed again with the PC Companion a repair installation with the Android 4 ICS. This has not solved the problem. Has anyone else experienced this? How can I fix it? Is this a hardware problem with the screen or is it the ICS update? Is there an official way back to the 2.3 Gingerbread Stock ROM without send in the phone to SE again and without losing the warranty?
View 2 Replies View RelatedI left my N8 while it was updating , when i came back the screen says Nokia PC suite has stopped working but after i closed the program and opened it again the update page says "Update Complete" after that i noticed that the PC suit/Computer is no longer detecting my Phone and the Screen is already black. I tried to turn it off and On (only felt the vibration), Already tried the 8-10 seconds hold on Power button (and felt the 3 vibraions), still not working. Also tried the 3 finger thing to no avail. I felt regret for updating my N8. I shouldnt have click that update button on the Pc suit.

before ICS update it was on gingerbread. I tried with KIES but phone developed a fault. It wasn't allowing me to pass "Samsung Galaxy SII" screen. I went to local shop and they sort it out. So i don't know how they did it. Two days later i find that camera is faulty.
I bought a Nokia 5530 in Xtra Vision recently and I've been having minor problems.. First of all i was sending a message and the screen randomly went black and red lines came across the screen for a few seconds then it went back to my message .. Then I was charging it Good Friday and took it out to make a call and the screen went white as if I was turning the phone on as nokia came across the screen please help why is it doing this?
