I have a Gmail account set up on mail. Suddenly all I get is five emails that say "This email has no content" Followed by endless repetitions of the same thing all dated 12/31/00. I can't get any real email unless I go online on Google. Then my email is ok but I'd rather use Mail.

The track-pad on my BlackBerry Curve 3G 9330 stopped working so Sprint replaced my BlackBerry earlier today and I haven't received an email yet on my new BlackBerry. Email setup brings me to the screen where I, "Move Email Accounts", and after I click it, it says that the device change was successful and prompts me to enter my password. After doing so, it takes me to a screen to synchronize my contacts and when I click that, it says, "Activation failed. An error was encountered when sending the activation transmission." I REALLY don't feel like running down to Sprint again and asking them to configure the email for me. I need my emails.

In the last 4 days I've had delays in receiving mails. It usually takes at 8 minutes for the mail to arrive. Although there are times it arrives faster it's never instantly (or up to 1 minute). I guess it's some sort of problem with my push notifications, I was wandering if it might be a hardware problem or is there anything I can do to fix this issue?
View 1 Replies View RelatedI have recently had to reformat my 8900 and for some reason after setting up my gmail account i an receiving one copy of each email in my gmail folder and also recieving another copy of the same email in my messages folder. this means that i really am recieving 1 in the email folder and 2copies of the same email in the messages folder. i am using BIS and have tried deleting and re-adding the email account and also resending the service books. i tried looking around but couldn't see the same problem which makes me think it's something simple I'm missing. it's nothing to do with sent messages which i have no problems with.

I tried rebooting the phone and deleting/recreating the email account but I still get the same message. When I send a message from my gmail web client, I often would like to bcc myself so that I have a copy of that message on the device when i am away from the computer. i just bought the iphone4 and everytime i try to log into my gmail account on my phone it says my password or account is incorrect but i can log on with the same information on my laptop and it works.. i changed my pw 3 times and it still wont work on my phone but it does on the computer..

My Photon 4 G does not sync calendar, contact, Gmail with my company Gmail account. I believe that it just stopped syncing last week and I believe that it was following a Motorola update, but cannot say for sure. Under Data Delivery, both Background Data and Data enabled are checked green. However, this is interesting because Email and corporate sync is grayed out on that screen. When I go to Account, checking the sync options is not possible, but I can do a manual sync. Please note, at one time, these options to sync Contacts, Gmail and Calendar were available. I've pulled the batter. I really do not want to reset to factory default. Suggestions? (Please note this is a company Gmail account, not just regular Gmail.)

My main objective here is wireless contacts sync. I have read a lot of negative feedback regarding Gmail on a BlackBerry but I will not really even be using this for email all to often, although I will from time to time.
What I have done is just added my new Gmail account through the native BlackBerry email setup and then downloaded Google Sync. I downloaded the Gmail app but I didn't really like the UI and I like to have all 3 of my email accounts go into the same folder.
I'm running .400 and I cannot figure out why my Gmail doesn't forward to my BB emails sent to myself. If I'm on my PC and I compose a message to the same email address I'm writing from, which is connected with my BIS, the email doesn't appear on my BB ever.In Gmail, I have forwarding disabled but POP enabled.

My phone works fine and is continuing to receive emails after June 30. But my husbands is not. His laptop is receiving emails, but his iPhone hasn't received any since June 30.

Over the last 48 hours my iPhone 5S iOS8.1.1 is no longer receiving e-mails. I have tried all of the simple fixes suggested on this website including having deleted and then re-added my Yahoo account to no avail. I am able to do everything else with my phone as normal. My MacBook continues to receive e-mails as previously. I have received no error messages.

this just started today, my iphone 4s no longer recieves emails, yet it can send them. I have an aol account, and it says it can't open the aol email address that I have saved on the phone, and it shows that the mail as not been updated since 1:42 am this morning. My Fiance and I upgraded our phones yesterday. We both now have the iPhone 5s. Everything from the iCloud transferred over great. My phone is working perfectly. My fiancé's phone however is having problems with his yahoo email account. All of his sent email is showing up, and he can send them out; however, nothing is showing up in his inbox and he cannot receive any emails on his phone. We compared mine to his and every thing is set up the same, however we cannot figure out why he is not receiving emails.
