I was under the impression that the 30 day money back guarantee was from the moment Jobs announced it during the antenna conference. If they will not refund it, at least exchange it to see if the other one works better since there are some who claim theirs work perfect. In your experience with Apple costumer service, would they understand what I'm saying and offer me another one?

I already deactivated the storage I just want a full refund for the storage that I purchased and did not use. When I try and call apple they want me to pay for an answer.

For what it's worth, there are iPhone's without the dreaded antenna issue. I just exchanged mine at my local apple store and the new one is perfect. No matter what I do I can't get the signal to drop, even holding it tightly with two hands. The first one I had drop constantly. All I had to do was put one finger over the left side antenna and within seconds it would drop to searching.

I have two bumpers and got two e-mails about refunds). I suppose this is "cool" of them to do, but I actually did NOT want a refund. I wanted a free bumper/case.
The thing is, I purchased my iPhone and bumpers with AT&T Rebate cards (pre-paid Visa cards), both of which expire at the end of this month. What in the world am I supposed to do if the refund doesn't get credited back to my card before the cards expire?
I received the email below last night at 11:15 CDT. I was actually hoping I would have a choice between receiving a refund or getting another one for free. However, it appears they are automatically processing refunds on prior purchases.

I returned my very new Nokia E72 to Nokia in November 2010 with a promise of refund as it would not function as advertised (checks only 2 email accounts out of my 8 and that is a breach of their fitness for purpose clause of the warranty) at any given time. View 4 Replies View Relatedi have a blackberry bold 9700 v 5.0.0.862 ( bundle 1446, platform 5.1.0.175 I fully charged my battery monday night, unplugged it before going to sleep.When i woke up the phone was turned off, when i turned on i got a white screen with a battery with a red line through it but no blackberry loading screen.I didn't know what was wrong so i plugged phone in to charge a bit. when there was no change i unplugged it and held the power button. After many many many attempts to turn it back on finally i got the BB loading screen.The battery had full power when I finally got it turned back on.I used the phone throughout the day but come suppertime the battery was still full so i went to a friends. Halfway through dinner the phone displayed " BATTERY DRAINED TURNING OFF HANDHELD " .
Got home plugged in, turned back on and battery was 50%. I charged it to 100% and unplugged it before going to sleep. Woke up this morning to ringing phone i answered it had the chance to say hello then it displayed " BATTERY DRAINED TURNING OFF HANDHELD " !!! Went to turn back on got the battery screen again , finally after an hour or more of trying to turn back on it finally loaded and guess what?? View 7 Replies View RelatedCurrently running Windows 7 with iOS4 GMC. Tried to restore to 3.1.3, had errors and tried instructions and couldn't get it to restore. So i restored' back to 4.0 GMC. When the real deal comes out Monday what's easiest/best/safest way to do it. Can i just "upgrade" from the GMC to GM firmware like I would from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3. Or will I have to do same kind special restore like I did to go from 3.1.3 to 4.0GMC?

iPhone 4S, not locked to carrier. Suddenly I noticed that may people start to complain to me about my phone is switch off. But same time phone is on and has full GSM bar with 3G. Once I make an experiment, when my friend Skype me about my phone is off i tried to make a call, but call is won't connect, i even can't hear a beeps. I tried to reboot the phone and in a few hours story repeats. Then I tried to resent network settings. Won't help. I tryed to restore my iPhone with iTunes with latest firmware. Not luck. Last thing I did is replaced my SIM card with my carrier. No luck.I saw on internet, that there are a lot of people having same issue with no luck of fixing it. My phone is on warranty, but or local dialer won't replace it, because it's bug not consistently seen.
