Jul 23, 2010I received the email below last night at 11:15 CDT. I was actually hoping I would have a choice between receiving a refund or getting another one for free. However, it appears they are automatically processing refunds on prior purchases.
The email:
Dear Apple Customer,
Apple recently announced that iPhone 4 customers who purchased an iPhone 4 Bumper are eligible for a full refund.
As of today, we have automatically processed your refund.
Thank you for choosing Apple.

to the people who got refunded did it show instantly? i know it sometimes will be pending at first but still show. im wondering if the refunded funds have appeared for anybody else.

I guess I' just end up getting the so called free bumper for 78cents, heck they probably still made a profit.

Jul 23, 2010I got two separate e-mails overnight from Apple saying they had already automatically refunded me for my bumpers (I thought they would only refund one, but who knows. I have two bumpers and got two e-mails about refunds). I suppose this is "cool" of them to do, but I actually did NOT want a refund. I wanted a free bumper/case.
The thing is, I purchased my iPhone and bumpers with AT&T Rebate cards (pre-paid Visa cards), both of which expire at the end of this month. What in the world am I supposed to do if the refund doesn't get credited back to my card before the cards expire?

If they will not refund it, at least exchange it to see if the other one works better since there are some who claim theirs work perfect. Galaxy S6 :: States Overheating When Charging?
Nov 18, 2015all of a sudden an overheating icon displayed on my Samsung. closed apps etc. still displaying. Turned phone off and back on but still same message. I had to charge my phone and when on or off it wouldn't charge due to overheating. My battery drained and again tried to charge with no luck, but this time instead of the normal charge battery display it showed a red exclamation mark in the middle with a red light at the top of the phone. I have tried everything: Power and volume down button, reboot, factory reset and still same message when charging.

Jul 23, 2010Trust me, you won't. If you paid for a bumper you will get a refund. If you also ordered a bumper or case with the case app, that will either be cancelled or you will be charged for it.
Do you really think that Apple can't cross-reference these things to determine what you're actually entitled to? And SHAME on those who are bragging about how they are getting more than one, as if Apple wants them to have it.
