My iphone screen is black and will not turn on, so I hooked it up to my imac and my itunes will not recognize that my phone is even hooked up to the computer. all of my pictures imported through iphoto, but itunes is doing nothing. I have updated itunes and restarted my computer and still nothing. My phone will not even recieve calls.
My iphone 4s is less than a week old. It has a black screen and is not responding. I tried charging. It gets warm but the phone doesn't respond. I tried a different plug. A different wall outlet. A different plug and different wall outlet. I tried rebooting. I tried to contact customer support but (haha- you have to call them or them call you back. I can't find an online tech support option for the iphone. I tried resetting it. I tried plugging it into the computer to wipe it and reload. My computer can't even recognize the phone. It's just dead. (PS- I have had iphones since the very first model & the very first year they came out. This is my 4th iphone. I have never seen this before.)
I'm trying to get my iPhone to respond but nothing is making it start. Just getting black screen. Tried pushing power button alone and with home screen button.
tryed to dfu my iphone 3g. now it is stuck with a black screen responding nothing at all . i tried everythin resesting, even restore through itunes. nothing is workin..and on all that itunes has stopped detecting it now.
My phone was lagging severely and I turned it off, waited a couple of seconds and turned it on... Nothing happened, it does not respond to anything, not charging, not turning on. And also, my PC had to update when I was about to post this, and when I got in my router needed a firmware update, frustrating. Also, my Z2 runs the latest OFW.
my iphone crashed when i was on an app and then the screen went of and turned black and now no matter what button i press the screen wont come back on yet i can my phone is still making sounds?
I've gt a nokia X-3 phone. Last day it was working good, but suddenly phone got switched off and now it does not give any response though I tried to switch on it.
I was importing some photos from my iPhone to iPhoto on my macbook. Then suddenly there was a warning that came up and said that some photos and videos were unreadable. So I cancelled the pop out I think. Then suddenly many photos that were unaffected initially, and not meant to be imported, became unreadable.Â
I then decided to eject my phone, thinking that it'd be ok. However, when i looked at my phone's photos later, the photos that weren't supposed to be transferred, suddenly turned black and then my phone got frozen for a few minutes. So I decided to shut off my phone.Â
After I switched it on again, I checked to see if the photos were there. To my horror, over 2000 photos went missing and more than half of which contain important screenshots and family photos and whatnot
i turned my iphone off during a software update and now whenever i try to turn it on, it goes to the black screen with the apple symbol on it as if its going to turn on but it never turns on...it just stays at that screen. what can i do to turn it on?
Basically my phone just stopped working (which is what i thought at first) but it's actually responding to my password (which is just the shape of the letter N) which is good because i just backed up all my important files onto my laptop, also my notification light is still working.
So today morning I got a call from one of my college mates. Phone started ringing and when I pressed the 'receive call' button, a message saying 'Android is not responding' appeared. I selected 'Shut Down' option, hoping that it would simply shut down the phone. Since then the screen has been black, not seem to respond to touches, only thing that works is a mechanical ringer volume button on the right side of the phone.
I just got my Lumina phone 4 days ago and the screen suddenly turned black tonight. I cannot get anything to appear on the screen except the numbers 10.12 are lit in the right corner of the screen. This is a brand new phone and I am freaking out because it is my only phone. I cannot dial out or do anything with it.
when i install raging thunder game on my nokia 500 my phone screen turned black off now that game is working in other phones very well like e5 c6-01 c5
My droid A855 shows a lit up black screen when powered on. When it finishes powering on, its still black. The Motorola logo and the droid eye don't appear while its powering on either. Now I can raise the volume, receive messages and phone calls, I just can't see the images at all; its all black. The back, home, menu, and search buttons at the bottom of the screen still light up white and work as well as the keypad. I turned it off and on and took out the battery about 8 times. I never dropped it or got it wet. I've had it for two years already so I guess the warranty is up. It just randomly froze and went black while i was texting my friend.
All headline fonts on my LG G3 turned transparent with black outline.Tried everything I know in settings but no cure. Tried to turn off all options in Accessibility. Did not work.
I just bought an 02 mini x10. It's new and came into a sealed box. But first time I switched it on nothing appears on screen. Left it to charge for a whole day (charging indicator lits up) but still nothing. But when I turn it on, the boot music/sound comes in and also I can only see the screen when under sunlight. I can see 'Silent mode " and "settings" on the screen. But the phone switches down when I press on either.
Well, 2 days ago my screen had developed a small black semi-circle with almost entire screen covered in light transparent brown semi-circle. Now with a day of little use, the entire screen has turned bluish. I can hardly see anything today.
My ATRIX2 goes "process system is not responding" and then goes black within around 2 minutes of starting, but only if my SD card is plugged in.Symptoms:If I remove the SD card, everything is fine, browsing, facebook, gaming, no problem. If SD card is plugged in, it would shows "process system is not responding", and after 1 minute or 2, the phone goes black, and I can only try to hold the power button, for it to repeat the same situation again. During that short period, the phone might not show wallpaper at lock screen, might not load widget, might show "bootup trapped:android.intent.action.BOOT_COMPLETED", might have the clock become 00:00, might be able to let me get in setting, might have some apps say they stopped working, might show notification list but with nothing in it.
The phone is just 3 days new, and I didn't do any of those risky "root" operation nor install "Unknown source" app. All I did was just install a lot of apps from Market. The SD card is a KINGSTON 8GB CLASS10. Also, I thought the phone should have 8gb ROM but I only see around 4 shows up.
If I want to make the Z5 a call and dial the number and pick up the phone, the screen goes black and I can do nothing more. It then responds to anything, not even on the Power button until the other ends the call. Then, the screen lights up again and it goes back all normal.
My IPhone 5 suddenly turned off and can not be turned on.
It prompts me to use connect to iTunes . I have done all iTunes updates but it says it cannot be restored due to error 14.
It restored correctly once this weekend and functioned for all of an hour before it died.
I'm afraid I'm within days of the one year warranty. Because I live in a rural area I can't get to a Rogers or IApple store I cannot conveniently take it in for replacement or repair. Â
I've had nothing but problems since I updated to the os7.
I sometimes experience heavy echo.Often, it's when I call my mom's verizon land-line; her cordless phone is connected to a medical alert "fallen-can't-get-up" device so I kind assumed it was related to that.Recently, however, I've had sporadic echo talking to other users.
Just now I turned off noise suppression and turned on call clarity enhancement. However, it occurs to me that since I have another LG G4 on my account and also a samsung, I should do some comparisons between the phones to make sure it's not my phone.
