Aug 22, 2014I have been able to use iTunes on my windows 7 pc for several years with no problem to sync calendar and contact with Outlook 2013; Suddenly I'm getting this error message. iTunes recognises an iphone but I can't sync it. I've tried uninstalling iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour and Apple Application Support, rebooted the PC and reinstalled iTunes.Â

Apr 14, 2012I get this message when i try to sync and download my iphone, ITunes was unable to load data class information from sync services, reconnect or try again later. This has happened twice. I have not downloaded by phone in several months. The first time I got this message I did not understand I and left my phone plug in for 12 hrs and it never did anything. Today, when I got the message I just unplugged it.

May 15, 2012Instructions say to "From the Edit menu, choose Preferences" but the path to Preferences is through the File menu in my version of iTunes. That's not a big deal, but it also says to "Click the Reset Sync History button". I only see "Delete Backup..." Is Deleting Backup the same thing?

Mar 21, 2012I took my phone into apple today as it was broken, I was still under warrenty so knew i would be given a new handset so ensured i backed all my pictures and contacts on itunes. I have got home and spent all night trying to put everything back onto my new phone, but my pictures and contacts don't seem to be there. Instead it added all the pictures off my laptop and not from my previous handset

May 7, 2012I was having some issues with my MacBook Pro and had to reset it as recommended by an apple tech. When I went to sync my iPhone afterward, a message came up saying that I needed to transfer the songs on my phone to my iTunes library or MacBook (can't remember exactly), or risk losing them - so I did. Ever since then however, iTunes will only load roughly 100 songs onto my iPhone, when it used to fill my phone right up. The songs in my library still play on my laptop no problem, so there is no issues with the songs themselves. I tried 'googling' a fix and found a suggestion restore my iPhone from backups, which I did and then my phone was finally syncing normally and filling up the entire phone. This sync was taking several hours however, and I went out for dinner and drinks during it and was surprised that it was still not quite finished syncing when I arrived home. Then a friend called and it was a bit of an emergency, so I took the call, but while I was on the phone the cord came loose from my MacBook and the entire sync session was ruined, and now it won't sync properly again even when I reset from a backup.
