Instructions say to "From the Edit menu, choose Preferences" but the path to Preferences is through the File menu in my version of iTunes. That's not a big deal, but it also says to "Click the Reset Sync History button". I only see "Delete Backup..." Is Deleting Backup the same thing?

I get this message when i try to sync and download my iphone, ITunes was unable to load data class information from sync services, reconnect or try again later. This has happened twice. I have not downloaded by phone in several months. The first time I got this message I did not understand I and left my phone plug in for 12 hrs and it never did anything. Today, when I got the message I just unplugged it.

I have been able to use iTunes on my windows 7 pc for several years with no problem to sync calendar and contact with Outlook 2013; Suddenly I'm getting this error message. iTunes recognises an iphone but I can't sync it. I've tried uninstalling iTunes, Apple Software Update, Apple Mobile Device Support, Bonjour and Apple Application Support, rebooted the PC and reinstalled iTunes.Â

I've tried multiple wifi connections and my s6 will connect to them but when connected nothing that requires data loads at all and as soon as I'm off wifi my phone will load everything using mobile data. I've only had the phone a few days and have used almost 3 gigs of data!

View 9 Replies View RelatedI have a Blackberry Bold 9000 and was updating the latest application on it yesterday. Due to low battrey my laptop turned off before the sofware was properly installed. I have tried the following:
1) to take out the battrey and switch on the phone and tried to load the sofware again but that does not seem to work as the desktop software does not recognise my phone it says unknown device.
2) I have tried to use the update option in the website but that also does not seem to be working
